I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, and it was worth the wait. Everything was delicious, fresh, and there was a great variety of dishes. The place has a stunning view of the rock and the entire valley. I didn't get a chance to see the rooms or the spa. Nothing to say except compliments.

Easter Monday lunch with friends, nothing short of perfect. Fair price for two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses with sides, and a dessert. Water, coffee, and wine included. €50 per person, but the entrees were reasonable and the dishes were carefully prepared. Definitely worth trying à la carte, but I'm sure it'll be a hit! The staff was incredibly friendly.

02/05/2026: An authentic place where you can tell things are done with passion and care. Spectacular haute cuisine. Top-notch house wines. Excellent service. I would return every week if I could.
28/04/2026: A truly excellent restaurant. We'd been wanting to go for a while, so we went for Easter. We had a wonderful time, especially because of the native language and the Italo wine they produce. We also discovered that you could buy the excellent Abbess's caramels with the sauce we'd just eaten. Highly recommended.
