29/06/2025: Refuge and food quality nothing to say. Service not suitable for the amount of people present at lunch. First course ordered and not brought, requested twice but nothing, I did not eat, same for dessert...at least the others ate with me and I tasted their dishes... At the cashier no apologies but empathy is requested, well...maybe when you make a mistake it is enough to apologize. (but they give a 10% discount...) Therefore I cannot leave more than 2 stars, only for the service and the ways of doing things.

09/08/2025: A good pizza, from a Salerno native. I'm used to contemporary or Neapolitan pizza, but I admit I was a little wary at first glance, but it surprised me. The option to choose between doughs made with different flours (turmeric, whole wheat), etc., is a plus!

02/08/2025: Pizzeria da Andrea in Segromigno has been one of my go-to places for years when I want a good pizza without breaking the bank. I've been going there every now and then for some time now, and each time it confirms its quality and consistency: a simple atmosphere, fast service, and above all, truly delicious pizza. The dough is light, well-cooked, and easy to digest, with consistently fresh ingredients and classic or more creative combinations. The quality/price ratio is excellent, perhaps one of the best in the area: you eat well, you spend little, and you always leave satisfied.

20/08/2025: A beautiful and characteristic setting in a former convent. The staff is very friendly, but the service is a bit slow. The dishes are overly elaborate and lack soul. The price-quality ratio is inadequate. It's a shame, expectations were higher.

The service from the dining room staff was very good and professional. The only drawback was the wine list: two choices and both sold out... worthy alternatives. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

23/08/2025: 👎A 'Historic' Place with Terrible Service! Expectations were high for a place of this caliber. Unfortunately, management proved disastrous. A wait of over an hour and a half in a room with about 40 people is unacceptable (with 3 waiters). What struck me most, however, was the owner's attitude: his arrogance and the way he treated the staff and customers were embarrassing, to say the least. 🚫 "Complaining about our orders," despite them all being expensive, is a sign of total lack of professionalism. 🙅 There was no apology, no gesture to make up for the inconvenience caused. An experience that makes me much prefer more honest and friendly places in the area, where respect for the customer is not optional.

Good food, pity that the wine was warm, I think at least 25° for a red that should be served at 18°. The opening hours reported on the internet are wrong, they open at 19:30 and not at 19. However, an excellent restaurant.

Everything was super 😍❤️ For a very reasonable price you can taste half of the whole food from Puglia 😂 The products are fresh and daily produced. Probably you will not be able to really appreciate everything cause the tasting menu is very very rich but they can pack the leftovers for you as well. A place which deserves a stop definitely!

30/08/2025: It's an understatement to call this experience disappointing. Tradition is followed here, yes, but it's devoid of meaning: only quantity matters, never quality. As soon as you sit down at the table, you're faced with a one-liter bottle of wine already prepared, as if you were expected to drink as much as you want. We, being teetotalers, said we wouldn't drink; my family asked for a Coke, and the answer was a huge, disproportionate carafe. This, too, is clearly evident: there's no attention to taste or health here, just the idea of ​​filling up to the max. The appetizers arrive obsessively, one after the other, relentlessly. Not one that made us say "wow": all banal, careless, and devoid of love. The cheeses were a low blow: watching mozzarella being made and then tasting it was truly disheartening. The meats, served in piles, lost all their pleasure. In the end, we decided to stop dinner after the main course, and the waitress rudely dismissed us. Reading the online reviews, I was fooled, but for me, this place is just an "all-you-can-eat with a peasant twist." True tradition is something else entirely: it means respect for the products, the recipes, and the people who eat. We've experienced this high standard several times during our stays in Puglia, Basilicata, and Calabria. Here, however, it's just overindulgence for its own sake. For me, that's an absolute no. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I regret not listening to those who suggested an alternative. Of course, if leaving the restaurant feeling full to bursting, then this place is perfect.

18/07/2025: I ate there, in the open space in front of the restaurant, with my friends. It was all magical: the atmosphere, the food (plentiful and delicious), the beer, and even the bill!! The girls pampered us with smiles and advice, but the real treat is Massimo, the extraordinary host! Corte dei Sapori? Highly recommended!! Oh, and take your time reading the menu... 230 pucce isn't a small amount. 😅❤️
