My parents and I got pizza and a calzone for lunch which were absolutely amazing! There were many Italian customers dining as well so we knew we came to the right spot.

Delicious food!!! We had a sandwich for lunch one day and absolutely delicious ravioli and carbonara for dinner the next night. I would highly recommend.

La Fiaschetteria is a small local sandwich shop that makes you freshly made-to-order italian sandwiches. It is opposite a very popular 'instragram' sandwich shop but this place has beautiful looking ingredients, very friendly staff and there was no waiting time. If there is room you can have a seat and eat your sandwich in the back. I would 100% recommend this amazing sandwich shop!

17/05/2026: Business dinner with a vegetarian colleague. In Florence, it's a real challenge to find a restaurant that offers traditional vegetarian dishes other than just pasta dishes. Here, I found appetizers and pasta dishes, with cheeses, vegetables, and traditional dishes like ribollita and acquacotta. Classic desserts with a twist. Appetizers, pasta dishes, and dessert, plus house wine and water, cost €90. Very friendly staff and a classic atmosphere.
15/05/2026: The food was fabulous, the service was great. Couldn't ask for a better dinner.
