14/09/2025: Superb B&B. The apartment Simone gave us was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a great location for visiting the various surrounding villages and towns. The restaurant was a special experience, with chef Simone explaining each course, and the superb service topping it all off. Thank you again, Simone, for your hospitality and the culinary experience you provided, and of course, for all the tips you gave us about both sightseeing and cooking.

05/10/2025: The view from the hotel restaurant is magnificent, but I wasn't entirely convinced by the quality. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. While the men serving at the Michelin-starred restaurant were impressive, the ladies still had a lot of room for improvement. The quality of the food was, of course, absolutely top-notch. Personally, I'm less impressed by the unusual nature of haute cuisine; I always prefer traditional dishes of the highest quality. The restaurant wasn't my cup of tea (very personal), but I would definitely visit the hotel again.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for both a quick break and a casual evening with friends. I highly recommend trying the classic tomato and mozzarella, but the gourmet variations are also worth it: each one better than the last! Fair prices and top-notch quality. 14/10/2025: I've been to Casa del Panzerotto in Taranto and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The panzerotti are fragrant, light, and full of flavor, made with fresh ingredients and truly delicious combinations. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and always smiling. An authentic place where the Taranto tradition shines through in every bite!

28/10/2025: La Tavernetta is a magical, small, and truly charming place to enjoy a delightful dinner as a couple or with a group of friends, as I recently did. The kind and attentive dining room staff pampers guests with unique expertise, and the dishes are meticulously prepared and delicious. The platter is highly recommended for the quality of the cured meats and cheeses, and the varied tartare selection and the quality of the meat are particularly noteworthy. Vegetarians, however, need not worry; they'll be equally satisfied. The wine cellar is excellent, with a wide selection of wines, including from other regions. Reservations are essential, especially on weekends, given the small size of the restaurant.

09/11/2025: An authentic place in a neighborhood of Rome where the offerings are now exclusively for tourists. The management is polite and attentive. We arrived early and were offered two glasses of wine while we waited. The food was very good, and the location is unique, set in a charming little square.
