Very positive experience, welcoming place and friendly staff. Obviously specialized in bigoli, of which it offers a wide choice (the pumpkin and sausage ones surprised me, coming from someone who is NOT normally into pumpkin). Fast service, they didn't make a fuss about the (polite) dog, as unfortunately in other places, and in fact they brought her the bowl of water before we even had to ask for it. A small gesture of humanity and affection that we always appreciate very much.
Very recommended, I will definitely return when I return to Mantua.
Honest prices, not even €40 for two for two glasses of Amarone, a bigolo, a half portion, a dessert, and water.

A clever formula, good food quality and a fair price makes this place an excellent place to have lunch during a Sunday visit to Mantua.

Excellent restaurant where you can eat really well. I recommend going with three or more people to be able to go around the bigoli. In fact, if you are in a group it is possible to make several different courses and share them at a truly honest price, only 12 euros. I went at lunchtime after booking and the restaurant was full. So I recommend booking a little in advance, especially if there are many of you as the space is a bit cramped. I will definitely go back next time I pass through Mantua.

Highly recommended. I often go there for work, they are very fast in service, very kind and the dishes are excellent. The prices are adequate, you can't ask for more.

Questo locale sito nella prima periferia della città, praticamente a ridosso della stazione ferroviaria, offre una più che buona opportunità di testare i bigoli, abbinati ad una vasta gamma di combinazioni per quanto concerne il condimento. Abbiamo provato per l'occasione i bigoli con le sarde e con sugo di stracotto d'asino (piatti tipici modenesi), piazzati decisamente su un podio di gran apprezzamento. Il locale si presenta quasi come un bistrot, ma intrinsecamente racchiude una sapiente volontà di mantenere viva la qualità per questi piatti tipici della tradizione. Il personale è assai gentile, qualificato e disponibile. Prezzi nella media.

Locale gestito da ragazzi giovani , che propongono i "Bigol" , spaghettoni al torchio, con innumerevoli condimenti, classici, sfiziosi ed innovativi.
Molto soddisfatti.
Consiglio la prenotazione in quanto il locale è piccolo, gli arredamenti minimal sono comunque ricercati .
