Quality products, good service, unfortunately it was a little hot but that's not their fault. We ate very well and paid the right price.

As a regular customer, I can confirm that the quality is exceptional and, above all, consistent: the fish is always incredibly fresh, the cuts are expertly executed, and the fusion combinations are designed to delight the palate without ever being cloying. Fantastic restaurant! My husband and I kept noticing signs for sushi around town and figured we had to try at some point in our trip. We both are from Toronto and had low expectations as the sushi scene is very good here, however, Hagakure was on par with some of the best sushi restaurants we’ve had in Toronto. The fushion with Italian food makes the experience very unique. Each bite was delicious.

They definitely know how to work with top-quality ingredients. Everything is excellent. My taste buds are still in awe. From traditional Japanese cuisine to fusion, all the way to desserts. Everything is excellent. I would improve on small details that can make a difference, like the staff not being able to ask for plates or glasses to be passed around with the rim touching the table (even though it's steel). However, most of the staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. It's a shame that the proximity to the road outside is noticeable. The menu is online with prices, but it's a shame there are no photos: not everyone knows what nigiri is! Ultimately, the best for a sushi experience, on par with its "big brother" in Bari.

This has got to be one of the best Japanese fusion restaurant i have been in the last few years ! Food is outstanding 👌 salmon incredible and the service is great especially frank ...I would 1000 per cent recommend

The nigiri, salmon tacos, and tuna rice rolls were out of this world. But the tuna taco was really really bad which hit me hard right in the middle of my meal. And the specialty rolls after were not too great either. The service was great but they did not have a lot of the items available that were present on the menu including the drink list I think the first few items were so fantastic that I can't give this a 3 star but I would be cautious

Truly a culinary journey that redefines the concept of Japanese cuisine from a gourmet perspective. If you're looking for the usual sushi, you're in the wrong place; if you're looking for excellence, balanced flavors, and obsessive attention to detail, this is your new go-to. The atmosphere is extremely refined and elegant, perfect for a special evening. But the real surprise begins when the dishes arrive. The word "gourmet" is often associated with tiny portions and minimalist tastings... and my boyfriend and I are not at all into "fi fi" dishes, as they say, hehe. And here, fortunately, that's not the case. The dishes are incredibly thoughtful and complex, but the portions are surprisingly generous and satisfying. The food is truly divine, and you leave the restaurant full and satisfied. I recommend everyone to go there.

Great sushi - lots of variety and all high quality and tasty! Inside was a little empty and quiet, but outdoor seating seemed to have a lot of buzz about it!
