One of the top meals I’ve had in Italy ever! Definitely the top sushi restaurant I’ve been to. (Come from Los Angeles with an incredible Asian food scene). The black cod dumplings (raviolis) were a must! I’ve never tasted anything like them. The caramel dessert was amazing as well. Great service, great food. I really enjoyed it all! I would change my order by taking off the mango roll and adding a carpaccio or tartare. Buonissimo raga ❤️👏🏼

Sono anni che vado ad Hagakure, ottimo sushi e sempre novità sul menù. Crudo di qualità, sicuramente il miglior sushi di Monopoli . Personale cordiale e qualificato

Locale curato ed essenziale , buona selezione di sushi , abbiamo preso un paio di antipasti e dei roll come seconda portata , tutto molto buono e fresco solo che tra una portata e l’altra abbiamo aspettato quasi un’ora … decisamente tanto … soprattutto perché vedevamo i tavoli attorno a noi serviti velocemente …. Forse perché non siamo locali ?

Puro - ristorante giapponese

31/03/2024: I wanted to celebrate my Easter in this boutique. Five stars are not enough, the level of Japanese gastronomy is very high and is recommended more for a gourmet and not... We actually ate some sushi which I would define as "THE Original". The location is perfect, the location is strategic, the food is excellent, the service is impeccable, there are all the ingredients to do well and to continually improve. I recommend it and I think we'll meet again soon. Thanks for everything and good luck to you. I leave some photos for my presence.

17/03/2024: The quality of the rice is not the best, in fish dishes the flavor is covered by lime and tamarind.
