19/10/2025: Found this place by chance in a small square just off the busy main street. Exceptionally fresh fish. Limited menu, but excellent quality. Family-run. The atmosphere is homey and relaxing. The owner has the good taste to select some pleasantly retro background music. Highly recommended!

14/10/2025: Family-run business located in a square with easy parking. In the morning, it operates as a fishmonger, while at lunch and dinner it becomes a seafood restaurant. The place is simple but tidy, with graffiti on the walls testifying to the positive reviews of previous guests. An extremely positive experience, with a limited menu, and all the dishes we tried were extremely enjoyable, with flavors that were always balanced. The prices are moderate and more than adequate for the quality of the food.

23/10/2025: Very friendly staff, excellent service. The food, however, isn't up to par for the price. The AYCE option for churrasco and sides is interesting, but the meat is mediocre and tasteless.

12/10/2025: What can I say? Fantastic staff. Super efficient and attentive. Matteo in the dining room. He's the boss and knows everyone. Dario is a speedster. Two girls at the counter. Top. Eating here is definitely worth it. The view ranges from the sea to the mountains. Everything is good.

24/08/2025: Amazing gelato! Very, very good! The fig flavor made you feel like you were eating the fruit, and the Sabaudo was a great, delicious mix. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in Ischia is recommended, especially for its specialty, Ischitan-style rabbit, which requires advance reservation. But beyond the specialty, everything was delicious, from the house appetizer to the excellent first courses. Not to mention that, if you arrive at sunset, you'll witness a truly incredible display of colors.

03/10/2025: Absolutely great restaurant! Was recommended by a local as one of the last family owned restaurants to use locally caught rabbits for their Ischia Rabbit dish. Everything was hearty and delicious and all the staff was extremely friendly and upbeat. If you want classic Italian warmth with delicious food go here!!

20/09/2025: In the center of Baricella, Trattoria Venturoli is a must. Its menu features Bolognese cuisine, with frogs as a specialty. The risotto is out of this world, with a fantastic selection of fried and stewed frogs. The service is friendly and homey, and the atmosphere is reminiscent of the past.

25/08/2025: A restaurant stuck in the 1960s or perhaps 1950s. The menu features very few dishes, with frog specialties taking center stage. Everything we ordered was delicious. Rice with frogs. Home-made tortelloni with butter and sage. Fried frogs and cacciatore style. Special mention also for the potatoes and sautéed chicory. Spectacular fior di latte. Quick and friendly service. The price wasn't the cheapest, but given the quality of what we ate, it was more than fair.

19/10/2025: It's such a special place that I'd go back more often if I could! They are charming and very professional. The dishes are homemade, the wines are delicious, and some we haven't tried before, which we always discover with their help. The homemade products are good quality and value. 16/10/2025: the mezzi paccheri was the best pasta. even though it was undercooked, the server brought out another version... then,. the 3 pastas (tortelli di burratina raviolino) and the mixed grilled meats were awesome. the local sausage is GREAT! grazie mille.

22/10/2025: A very charming location, with a covered outdoor space. The dishes are all excellent; I tried the lake fish, which, despite being bland for my taste, was expertly cooked. Nothing to complain about. My friends particularly enjoyed the rabbit, and I had the chance to try both the pumpkin tart and the Fassona beef tartare: delicious. Unfortunately, I was so engrossed in the food that I didn't take any photos.

21/10/2025: We had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, everything was delicious, the mixed platter was exceptional, the ribs were very good and tasty, I have nothing to complain about the desserts either, excellent value for money, I absolutely recommend it.

08/11/2025: I'm blown away by the quality of the fish and the courtesy of the staff. The intimate atmosphere touches your soul. I highly recommend stopping by for an authentic Genoese experience.

02/11/2025: My worst experience in Italy. Imagine, for €22 for the daily special (excluding the usual Italian service charge), you get three potato slices (less than a whole potato), a sliver of tomato, and a tiny piece of fish on top. The dessert was also minuscule. It's not bad; you can tell it's cooked, but when you're just passing through, they serve you minuscule portions. I'm telling my friends never to go there. And yet, it was an excellent restaurant in Genoa, fully booked that evening, that recommended this place to me.
