02/03/2025: This review is for the wonderful dinner we had at the restaurant with our friends a week ago. Ambiance is always perfect for conversation; also elegant without being stuffy or theatrical. Great place for a business meal or simply a solid dinner. Every single thing we ate was delicious. We had eggplant appetizer, lobster, spaghetti with clams, branzino al cartoccio…gelato, chocolate dome, etc. It was all delicious. Very good wine list too. Best service from Nicola ALWAYS! He’s a gem. Already planning a comeback. Note: another reviewer noted that people were being rude and staring at them and incredibly, we did experience this same weird behaviour. The table next to us kept their attention and eyes literally fixated at us. Rude and weird. LOL. Nothing the restaurant can do or be faulted about.

02/04/2025: Ich kann über dieses Restaurant nur Positives berichten. Das Essen, typische piemonteser Küche mit handgemachter Pasta von der Mamma, war ausgezeichnet, der Service speditiv und zuvorkommend und das Ambiente sehr gepflegt und stilvoll. Die Auswahl an Weinen lässt einem Weinliebhaber das Herz höher schlagen. Und alles zu einem angemessenen Preis. Ein spezielles Dankeschön gilt Carlo, der uns spontan ein Glas "Ai Suma" zum Probieren spendierte. Ein wahrer Hochgenuss, nachdem wir bereits eine Flasche Bricco dell'Uccellone getrunken hatten. Wir werden dieses Restaurant bei der nächsten Reise ins Piemont bestimmt wieder besuchen.

29/03/2025: Un’ottima cucina di langa, leggermente attualizzata senza snaturarne l’essenza. Servizio estremamente cordiale e gentile. Cantina all’altezza di una strepitosa e storica cantina del territorio, che è conosciuta ovunque. Siamo stati bene !

16/03/2025: We spent a week on Lake Garda and ate in some fantastic restaurants, Aquariva was our last night and was meant to be a highlight, but sadly, it was a big disappointment. The service was okay but a bit impersonal and rushed. The seafood set menu was good but two of our party are vegetarian and the tasting menu for them was terrible. It had changed from being asparagus based when we booked it, to mushroom based when we arrived. Mushroom based is an understatement - every course was just mushrooms, one course was just mushrooms cooked in a Pyrex dish with some herbs. Overall, it was very pricey for the service received and we had much better meals elsewhere.

12/04/2025: We had lunch today, a nice surprise, a small but very nice place, excellent cured meats and equally good first courses. Huge choice of wines. the waiter was very kind We will return for sure.

10/04/2025: Emplacement parfait, terrasse en face du Colisée. Prix raisonnable par rapport à l’emplacement. Seul bémol : le personnel n’est pas forcément souriant, et la serveuse est venue nous faire payer l’addition avant même d’avoir fini le repas (sensation de vite devoir libérer la place pour d’autres)

07/04/2025: April 2025: we went there for lunch during the week, it was just us, the owner was kind and helpful, the waitress was friendly. we had a sort of fixed menu. we tasted a good appetizer of cold cuts / pecorino with fried pasta, savory pies and vegetables, house wine, water and dessert and coffee

17/03/2025: We discovered it two years ago after taking a walk to the Davide mural and since then every time we come to Marina di Massa we come... Quiet place, classic trattoria, welcoming, the owners very kind, very helpful and very nice. Fixed menu with a huge platter of excellent cured meats and cheeses and a mountain of lard, savory vegetable pies, pickled vegetables made by them and cheeses accompanied by jams, excellent coffee jams, excellent homemade cakes....very honest price On Saturday they also had potato tortelli filled with ragù....the end of the world🙂🙂🙂🙂

31/03/2025: Highly recommended! Amazing food, accompanied by explanations from the very helpful and friendly staff. Welcoming and at the same time rural environment, with a pleasant view from outside with the Mount behind. I had Andrea's appetizer, which is worth every penny spent. Refined and studied meats, appetizer enough for 2 people. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles very good, starting with the very tasty truffle. We conclude with an excellent artisanal Ratafìa. highly recommended.

12/03/2025: The welcome, clean and reserved, very available to satisfy requests, truly leaves you speechless! A jewel! The cellar then completes an authentic Venetian culinary experience. I would like to recommend a few more vegetarian dishes for those who don't eat meat. But a small detail that you don't mind the first time! We will definitely be back soon!

14/04/2025: Incredible! We went there after seeing the reviews, and they were right!!! Excellent pizzas with a soft yet crispy crust, topped with a delicious tomato sauce and fresh, high-quality ingredients! Warm welcome: a top-notch, very efficient team, and especially the owner! A football fan, the Maradona of pizza knows how to liven things up. He speaks a few words of French and undoubtedly makes the best pizzas in the region.

07/04/2025: Unfortunately, probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The menu includes funghi porcini on the pizza and canned mushrooms on the pizza - disgusting! I like stamps, but not if they pretend to be real stamps.
