This time, the lunch didn't meet the standards given the tiny portions, dishes arriving cold at the table, and dishes forgotten in the kitchen. There were extremely long waits throughout the service, with confused waiters who clearly lacked training. The short-haired, glasses-wearing lady assigned to our table proved to be rude and lacking in empathy throughout the day (we stayed at the table for 5 hours).

Unfortunately, the restrooms were terrible, and half a liter of water for €3.50 seems crazy to me.
