Excellent Sardinian seafood restaurant. The highlights are definitely the appetizers (the seared tuna pairing with a slice of kiwi is explosive) and the desserts (the pear tart and seadas are a real treat at the end of the meal). The first courses are very good (the fregola is expertly cooked), and the mixed fried fish is dry and tasty.

The service here is top-notch, everything is beautiful. The wine list is good, the dishes are interesting. But for some reason, there's almost no fish, mostly frutti di mare. And there's a menu for those who don't like fish—that's a really great touch. The portions are quite small, but they're perfectly prepared.

The best seafood restaurant. There's no comparison in its category, especially when it comes to value. If you want the best in a great location, this is the place to come. Excellent service, fresh ingredients, and a decent wine list.

A unique experience, a beautiful, elegant, and well-kept location. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by every single member of the staff and escorted to our table, complete with a welcome gift of prosecco and carasau bread. Their homemade bread basket is exceptional. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, from raw and cooked appetizers to oysters of all kinds, and we tried a little bit of everything (see photo). We continued with a first course of strawberries with seafood, where the flavor of the sea was evident in every component of the dish, but above all, the fresh and delicate quality. Don't miss out on a dessert, because their nougat semifreddo is truly exquisite. We paired everything with a rosé wine recommended by the waiter, and it was a perfect accompaniment to our dishes. We'll be back soon. Congratulations on your welcome and the super-balanced bill for the excellent dinner served.

Last night we dined at the Maestrale restaurant, a delightful and welcoming place we weren't familiar with, introduced to us by some very dear friends. Without further ado, we can confidently say that, in addition to having a wonderful evening, we ate wonderfully: excellent seafood served with attentive and very professional service, authentic flavors made with excellent ingredients. Besides finding the paradise of Sardinia in Rome, we also found excellent seafood in a setting that, while familiar, was very refined and attentive to every request. Even the wine bottles were perfectly shiny and intact, and even the paper labels were scratch-free, something we'd previously only found in Japan. At the end of the dinner, we were offered delicious chocolates and meringues, as well as myrtle, limoncello, and grappa. The price was €55 per person, very reasonable. An excellent restaurant, not too touristy, that places the utmost emphasis on the quality of the food served and on customer well-being. We'll definitely be returning often and highly recommend it! 💯%

This is the review from 3 years ago: Back after almost twenty years... the place has improved greatly. Courteous, even friendly, and fast service. Tiziano, the guy who welcomed us, explains the dishes and recommends the wine with a detailed description of their characteristics. Top-notch cuisine!!! Delicious dishes; pasta cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly (spaghetti with clams and bottarga was super, tonnarelli allo scoglio was exceptional), fried food dry and fragrant, the main course (the tuna Cagliari-style) was a riot of aromas... fair price... I had to ask myself a question: why did I wait 20 years to come back???? TOP TOP TOP
31/03/2026: Amazing food, always super fresh fish! The fried fish is crispy and plentiful, as are all the other dishes. If you want to eat a truly foodish suckling pig, this is the place! One of the few restaurants where I always feel welcomed and pampered.
