14/07/2025: The staff were very rude. Upon entry, they made us stand in the bathroom. When we quipped, "That's never happened to us," the lady's reaction was very violent and rude. We were literally thrown out of the restaurant.

22/06/2025: Following the advice of a local I made a reservation for dinner. I would say the best place where I had dinner for excellent pizza. However, the excellence is due to the fried foods... lots of choice and excellent!!!

07/07/2025: Food good, very small portions. Tiramisu did not resemble tiramisu. Flat, very sweet, no sponge cake. We were there for the first time. Everything cost 72€. Beer, water, juice, 2xtiramisu and dishes from the photo.

22/07/2025: Piatti molto buoni un pò diversi dal solito. Una piccola attenzione nel servizio in più renderebbe tutto perfetto, ma ci siamo comunque trovati molto ma molto bene. Un primo piatto è arrivato errato, ci è stato gentilmente offerto nell'attesa di aspettare quello giusto. Apprezzato.

20/07/2025: A restaurant in the heart of Aosta, with a welcoming dining room furnished in typical Aosta Valley style. We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings: an excellent experience. The sommelier proved to be very knowledgeable in pairings, enhancing each course. The pre-appetizers were delicious, well-balanced dishes with attention to detail. A special mention goes to the flavored butter and the quail, the best I've ever tasted. A must-see for any true lover of good food. Excellent value.

13/07/2025: Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Aosta. One star is more than deserved; a second star would be justified. Masterful dishes. Traditional yet very creative cuisine. Product combinations are always surprising, yet balanced. Exceptional raw materials. Extensive wine list. More than perfect value for money. Every time, a moment of wonder. Congratulations to all of you.

11/07/2025: Nos lo pasamos genial preparando dos platos de pasta y tiramisú. Éramos 4 familias en total y todos disfrutamos del ambiente, de la experiencia de aprender a hacer nuestra pasta y disfrutar de nuestras creaciones. ¡Los niños se divirtieron tanto que terminaron pasando tiempo juntos después! ¡Recomiendo mucho esta experiencia!

28/06/2025: We went to Onda Blu on a Saturday evening in June 2025 for a couple's dinner, and the experience was impeccable. The elegant and suggestive venue, overlooking the sea, creates the ideal atmosphere for a special evening. We started with a raw fish to share, truly excellent: tuna, sole, amberjack, prawns, shrimp, scampi and mantis shrimp, all of extraordinary freshness. Next, two first courses: a rich and tasty spaghetti with seafood, and a garlic, oil and chilli pepper with sweet pecorino fondue and red Adriatic prawn tartare, creative and perfectly balanced. The mixed fried fish to share was also excellent: dry and crunchy. We concluded with a dessert, a coffee and two glasses of well-selected rosé. A special mention goes to the service, truly excellent: attentive and kind, they make you feel at home

03/07/2025: I was enveloped in a warm and magical environment. Massimiliano was helpful, friendly and competent. The dishes were exquisite... Too bad I live in Verona but it would be worth returning.

The restaurant is run by a multigenerational family and you could tell their passion and commitment to great food and customer service. The restaurant is located in a small, historic, hill top town right in the middle of the main square and exuded plenty of old world charm. Certainly off the beaten path and Highly recommended. Update: we dined here again a year later. Happy to say it’s as good as we remembered it.

26/06/2025: Consigliato da azienda locale, mi sono fermato a pranzo con un collega. Locale curato e caratteristico, servizio attento, abbiamo scelto solo un primo a testa ma solo per non appesantirci. Spaghetti alle vongole eccellenti. Il locale merita una visita, sia per un pranzo veloce che per qualcosa di più impegnativo.

23/06/2025: Fabulous hotel, very clean, brand new, helpful and efficient staff, very kind and helpful owner... The included breakfast is a fairy tale of delicacies and delights, excellent cakes, very fresh fruit. The restaurant is a spectacle, excellent food, fresh and artfully cooked. Free bicycle service A place to stop without worries and without fears.
