We made a reservation and went to this place. We were on time, and they were on time, and we sat down. As soon as we sat down, my partner noticed that there was chewing gum on the chair cushion that was irreparably stuck to her jeans. It was unfortunate, but obviously not the staff's fault, just that they didn't see the gum itself; the fault lies with the people's incivility! We ordered an appetizer, supplì, which were average, the zucchini flowers were good, the Alice pasta was not very flavorful, and the fries were good. We then ordered several pizzas and a couple of pasta dishes. About twenty minutes after ordering, however, the pizza problem arose: there was no more dough to meet our table's needs, so someone had to make the effort and get the dough. I must say that the staff was always very kind and polite, and the service was good, but they never ran out of dough. If you know you're having a certain number of people for dinner, you need to anticipate when the dough runs out, perhaps avoiding takeout, because I, sitting at the table, can't go without pizza while watching people wait for takeout! It doesn't seem logical to me. There was also a subtle sense of chaos among the waiters and the manager. Okay, that said, I have to say the amatriciana was good, as was the cacio e pepe pizza. The porcini mushroom pizza and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, on the other hand, lacked flavor. The meat was good. Prices were in line with the market. Maybe we had a bad night, but it was a weekday.
