Restaurant adjacent to the Forte dei Borgia in Nepi, it surprised us with the experience that the walls convey, all the dishes we have shown in the photo are one better than the other. Both the owner and the waiter are friendly and kind.

Mangiato bene, pagato il giusto

All the dishes, and I mean all, were exquisite. From pork cheek and crepes as a starter, to ravioli with taleggio cheese and mushrooms, through to beer shank and desserts: every dish is cooked with love and passion, you can see it and feel it. 100% recommended. P.s. the wine was something sensational

Uno dei ristoranti dove torniamo con piacere. Emanuele, vero padrone di casa, (che nell'ultima recensione l'ho chiamato erroneamente Giovanni, mea colpa!) attentissimo e professionale, grande esperto di vini e in cucina Tatiana, chef di grande esperienza ci hanno offerto, anche stavolta, un pranzo squisito. Cominciamo con i malfatti di ricotta e poi i ravioli di porcini e taleggio, ravioli di carciofi e guanciale, lo stinco di maiale e il baccalà con finocchi. Per dolce scegliamo la caprese con ganache al cioccolato. Tutti i piatti preparati magistralmente! Ottimo anche il prosecco consigliato, rifermentato in bottiglia. Prezzi giusti per una qualità eccelsa. Servizio gentile da parte di Lorenzo, il ragazzo in sala. Alla prossima, ragazzi!

Una bellissima sorpresa per un pranzo il primo dell'anno.

La posizione è stupenda! Cucina sui alti livelli, per non parlare dell'accoglienza e il servizio, gentile e paziente. Ottima la selezione di formaggi e salumi, il carré di agnello e il baccalà scottato. Giovanni, un vero padrone di casa, appassionato di questo lavoro, fa sì che gli ospiti vanno via con bei ricordi.
