09/07/2025: What a fabulous, traditional restaurant in the heart of Florence. Was recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely decor, food, wine and atmosphere.

06/07/2025: The pici ragu bianco has a chewy and firm texture, and the side dish of beans stewed in tomato sauce is simple and filling, perfect for bean lovers. We were served by a cheerful old man and a friendly young man. It had a local flavor. I'd like to come again.

06/07/2025: We had lunch at this place a week ago, a few steps from the Verona Arena, the menu offers a wide choice of appetizers, first and second courses and in addition to this there are other dishes that are not marked that were very interesting. We opted for the spaghetti with garlic, oil and calamari, a platter of cold cuts and polenta and two desserts. You must try the semifreddo with amaretto and the sbrisolona with grappa. Excellent quality-price ratio. It is the ideal place if you want to get away from tourist life for a few hours.

16/06/2025: We ended up in this restaurant by chance, with friends and we were all positively impressed. Delicious and plentiful dishes, very friendly and efficient staff, fair price. We will definitely be back.

10/06/2025: We were in this tavern last Saturday and we had a great time. We ordered both first and second courses, everything was really good, the staff was kind and courteous, the prices were fair.

23/05/2025: Excellent vegan place. We were looking for a place that gave us traditional food and this was it, we tried the malloredus, the parmeggiana, and the culurgiones. Deliciuos, excellent flavor, good portions. The server was very nice and friendly.

11/07/2025: Everything is fine, but waiting an hour for 4 pizzas and seeing other customers arrive later and eat first is not nice.

08/07/2025: Luckily, we arrived at 11:30 a.m., but we didn't have a reservation. We had a great seat, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The selection of food and drinks was outstanding. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the food. When we left, the entire restaurant was packed. So, be sure to make a reservation. We'd be happy to come back and recommend it to others.

12/07/2025: Dinner for two, we ordered an appetizer to share and a bottle of white wine (about €25). The appetizer was good, nothing special. We ordered steak, and they brought the cuts to your table on a trolley. We ordered "two and a half fingers" of steak. It arrived pre-cut, grilled, and of good quality, but the bone didn't match the rest of the meat. Two side dishes, a liqueur, no desserts or coffee. The result was €161 (they gave me 1.5 kg of steak back, but if it was 1 kg, it would have been a miracle), discounted to €150, or €75 each... pure madness! The location (a crossroads in Monsummano) wasn't worth it, the food was good but nothing exceptional, the place was nice in its ordinary way, and the service was excellent in its ordinary way. For the same price, there are plenty of other places that offer much better food... enjoy!

17/06/2025: When planning our trips to Italy I look for dining experiences. We booked a reservation for this dining room months in advance (party of 3). We arrived at the designated time for our reservation and were warmly greeted and seated. Reservations with this establishment are recommended. Three set menus for the table are offered and if none of them are deemed suitable, you can choose 3, 4 or 5 course tasting options from the ala carte menu. For this evening we built a custom 5 course tasting menu option from the ala carte menu. Each course was plated fabulously and described passionately by our servers. All servers made a point of highlighting the preparation and inspiration when presenting the courses. Every course presented was exquisite and they were consumed as passionately as they were presented. All were excellent. Our menu selections had not included "the Egg". When the course arrived at our table it came compliments of the Chef. They wanted us to experience one of the house specialties. Happy they did as it turned out to be one of my favourites of the evening. Everyone was absolutely fabulous at this dining room. The staff was busy but was always attentive and extremely accommodating. This was an excellent evening. Thank you to all. We recommend this dining room

29/06/2025: Visited around June 10th. On vacation with relatives we decide to leave from Vinci and Anchiano, which we were visiting, to have lunch here given the reviews. It's past 1pm and I call to book for 9, no problem. We arrive and sit at a long table, the place is simple but welcoming and it's exactly what my American cousins ​​and I were looking for: not a tourist place, but a place to eat well among the locals. The food is excellent, the wine too and we really feel like we are at home. The highlight is the staff who, given that one of our guests was sick due to the heat, did everything they could to make us feel good. It was nice to chat with the staff and immerse ourselves in the daily life of the locals. Traditional cuisine, with some digressions and tasty. I enjoyed the porchetta with potatoes, excellent.

07/07/2025: Un luogo magico dove degustare piatti tipici pugliesi e della tradizione culinaria italiana, buono l'antipasto, buoni i primi ed ottimo anche il menu adattato ai bambini. Il ristorante rappresenta una vera e propria perla all'interno di una masseria che racchiude storia, archeologia ed aspetti architettonici dal rupestre all' 800. Il tutto fa da cornice ad un esperienza unica che esalta in un insolito equilibrio sapori antichi e cultura. L'unico neo: troppo spazio agli avventori fumatori che rovinano la degustazione a tutti gli altri che loro malgrado devono mangiare fumando passivamente... peccato!
