The food was very tasty. The service was very nice and gave us good advice. There are still bits and pieces to go with it.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate an important anniversary with my partner; really well-kept location, right in the center. Extremely friendly and very professional staff. Truly very interesting menu, we personally let ourselves be guided on a tasting journey by chef Vincenzo Well what can I say, everything was delicious. The professionalism of Massimiliano and Giuseppe was greatly appreciated and with their professionalism they literally pampered and guided us throughout the evening. Super-stocked wine list, with Italian and foreign excellence. I recommend the prawn tartare as well as the cuttlefish tartare with crispy chicory; first courses with the right balance of flavors enhancing the quality raw material. We recently visited this nice restaurant. Elegant environment even if the service is informal. The food was very good, the fish was really excellent and the pasta was cooked just right. However, a small hiccup in the timing did not spoil the evening. The price is high but in line with restaurants that deal with fresh fish. I would definitely go back.

Fresh and quality fish. Friendly and approachable staff. We waited a bit for the first ones but it was worth it. Good selection of wines. If it happens we will gladly return.

Excellent dinner, delicious fish, from starter to dessert it was a crescendo of taste. High, very high prices, ONE tartare costs 30 euros. For a dinner (2 people) with two tartares, two oysters, 5 tempura prawns, two first courses, two second courses, a dessert and two coffees (only water, no wine) we spent 334.00 euros. It is not a dinner, but an experience, to be had, but only once in a lifetime.

Ho mangiato un buon pesce in un ambiente molto bello (almeno per i miei gusti). Il servizio è stato ottimi, cordiale e molto professionale allo stesso tempo.

Uno dei migliori a Roma. Cibo divino, personale cordiale senza essere invadente, interni interessanti.

Piro’ è un luogo dove i sogni culinari diventano realtà. Una maestria da parte del chef nell’inventare nuovi piatti da applauso. Materia prima al centro dei pensieri della proprietà che gli permette di essere uno dei migliori ristoranti di pesce di Roma. Tartare di Gambero mai mangiata così delicata e super fresca. Tataki di Tonno da mettersi le mani tra i capelli per quanto deliziosa. Polpo ottimamente cotto e ben dosati gli ingredienti accanto. Divino il Salmone. Degna di nota la focaccia con burrata ed acciughe! Tartare di Tonno talmente assurda che ne avrei ordinata una dopo l’altra. Lista dei vini vasta e con giusto ricarico. Ambiente davvero piacevole con cucina a vista che a me piace molto. Francesco, il Proprietario, assieme ai ragazzi in sala fanno da ciliegina sulla torta che porta e porterà sempre più in alto il nome di questo splendido ristorante. Complimenti.

Hvis man er til fisk, skaldyr, blæksprutter og hummer, så er det et must at lægge vejen forbi Pirò. Råvarerne er friske og af meget høj kvalitet, så det er ikke helt billigt. Men så er oplevelsen også i særklasse. Tilberedningerne er meget enkle, men tilsmagningen er perfekt og smagene er dybe og intense. Jeg valgte en linguine med hummer som første ret, en octopus tentakel med kartoffel mille feuille som hovedret og et kokkens take på en ferrero rocker chokolade med hindbær coulis som dessert. Ud over dette kom der flere lækre appetizers og mellemretter og et sæt små kager efter desserten. Virkelig godt - og totalt mæt bagefter. Fik en dejlig hvidvin og vand og brød. God olivenolie var til rådighed ved bordet. Betjeningen er meget venlig og imødekommende. Restauranten er moderne og elegant indrettet i en bygning, det er 1000 år gammel.
