We went to Bule on Thursday for dinner with a work colleague and I. It's been a long time since I've been back to Bule and I have to say that nothing has changed. The food is always excellent! Everything we ordered was very good! a mention for the pan-fried rabbit! Bule is always kind and attentive and satisfies all your requests. At Bule you can breathe a homely and familiar atmosphere. What more can I say! Big bule!

Always an excellent restaurant, fabulous food at more than honest prices. This means that there are always a lot of people and the service slows down a little but that little extra wait is well worth it!

Tuscany is full of traditional taverns. As a Tuscan I am often disappointed by many of these, which often have very little that is traditional in the final result of the dishes. This is not the case at "Da Blue", where the cuisine truly has the flavor of Tuscan tradition. And alongside the traditional dishes (steak, tripe, Peposo) it also offers traditional but more obsolete things, such as the "Carpaccio of tongue with caramelized onion and chef's sauce" or the "Lamb belly with citrus mustard". Generous portions. Service with excellent timing and very friendly. Traditional wine list, but full of interesting bottles alongside the usual renowned labels. The ability to advise on choices is also good. Finally, the choice of whiskey is appreciable.

Vera trattoria toscana, piatti semplici e buonissimi. Noi abbiamo preso carciofi con taleggio, carciofi fritti e bici al ragù bianco, tutto squisito. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero insuperabile. Consigliatissimo.
