Restaurant chosen for a short trip to Turin. Dinner booked for a Friday evening and the place presented itself with a very welcoming atmosphere, soft music and no noise as often happens in restaurants and finally, what is fundamental, kind and extremely helpful staff. As for dinner, I would say impeccable. The quality of the food is very high and the prices decidedly competitive. The tajarin are highly recommended as they look and taste delicious and the sandwiches, for those who prefer a more homemade solution, are excellent. Tried the "Stelvio" as a lover of pesto and bresaola and also the "Piemontese" is a fantastic sandwich with a herb omelette and above all sweet gorgonzola to tickle the palate. In case of a future trip, it will be a gastronomic destination that deserves to be visited again.

Cozy restaurant serving Piedmontese cuisine. I really liked their tajarin dish and vitello tonnato. They also make their own bread, which was definitely a highlight.

Non conoscevamo questa mini catena che propone piatti di eccellenza, ispirati alla cucina piemontese ma preparati ed elaborati in modo originale. Si possono assaggiare panini d'autore ma noi abbiamo preferito antipasti e insalate. Interessante l'abbinamento della battuta di Fassona con peperoni arrostiti e zucchine. Anche l'insalata montagnina si è rivelata molto gustosa e ricca non solo di foglie. Sala con arredamento moderno Ma che mantiene i mattoni a vista della struttura Antica.
