It's a place without a menu, which already gives you a clue as to the type of cuisine you'll find. The service and friendliness are also exquisite. Don't hesitate, go there without hesitation; you won't find a better place.

Beautiful view from the hotel terrace 😍 Downstairs room - lighting could be better, bathroom larger, and outside noise was too loud. Upstairs room near the reception - very comfortable and nice. 19/10/2025: This was an amazing restaurant. I cannot make a menu recommendation because that would lead you astray. Everything was fantastic, and the service was amazing. If you cannot speak Italian, that's fine too. The server speaks English and is a pleasure! The atmosphere was also beyond amazing. It was like we were eating in a wine cellar. If you are in the area and you skip this place, you have made a mistake. Go!

28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with mouth-watering food... we ate fried octopus with gazpacho and tuna with caramelized onions... divine dishes, not to mention the sublime desserts... my husband is celiac and ate divinely!! Compliments also for the service and courtesy. We will definitely be back... the Masini family are guests of Sestosenso Suites.

19/09/2025: "We spent too much" is what most people would say. I, on the other hand, say "we paid for what we got." Elegant table settings, all in fabric, refined plates, engraved silver cutlery (replaced with each course). Fantastic lime and pink peppercorn butter; breathtaking red shrimp tartare with stracciatella (or burrata?) foam; aubergine parmigiana elevated to sidereal heights; pavlova worthy of a bow. Add to the excellence of the menu the professionalism and courtesy of the owners and staff.

15/10/2025: We ate very well, with authentic, genuine flavors. The staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, it's closed during the week, otherwise we would definitely have returned.

06/10/2025: For a family gathering, between aunts and nephews, we chose Otricoli because it's almost halfway between Rome and Perugia, and booked lunch at Nerafera. We couldn't have made better choices! Otricoli is a fantastic village, rich in history, where people still greet you as they pass you in the street, and the Nerafera restaurant is spectacular! Extremely kind staff, a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and stellar food with generous portions. My only regret is that I didn't leave a tip, but only by mistake; they definitely deserved it. Next time, I'll double the tip. 😄

03/11/2025: A wonderful experience at Flurin! Even upon entering, you can feel the special atmosphere – elegant, yet warm and inviting. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the food was simply outstanding: delicately seasoned, lovingly presented, and prepared with palpable passion. The cozy ambiance made our Sunday lunch perfect – relaxed, enjoyable, and harmonious in every way. A place with character and charm that we wholeheartedly recommend. We'd love to come back!
