14/09/2025: A couple's dinner, everything was perfect: a warm welcome, all the staff were always kind and smiling, and the dishes were excellent. We chose the Maremma sirloin steak with grilled vegetables and the grilled Cinta Senese steak with fries, which we paired with a delicious Ceppitaio Cantina Russo red wine. Finally, the desserts were a true delight: the apple tart with mascarpone cream and the pear tart with mascarpone cream, both served at just the right temperature. We will definitely be back, thank you for your hospitality.

04/08/2025: Eating at Tagliere is an experience I recommend to everyone. The food is excellent, and the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff is truly extraordinary. They take care of everything. I have celiac disease, and they always take my intolerance into consideration. I always feel at ease when I go there, and that's not a given at all. Going to Tagliere is always a must when we go to the mountains. Try it and believe it! Rating 11/10 😊

All the waitresses greeted us, which is the first time I've seen this happen, and I have to say it gave a very warm and friendly impression. They were very attentive to our every need. I was also amazed by the desserts, which were delicious and beautifully presented. The location is charming, beautiful, and highly recommended if you're near Noto. The prices are reasonable, and it's a good value.

26/08/2025: Traditional Cilento cuisine sourced locally. As a celiac, I was able to savor ancient recipes and rediscovered flavors, pampered and reassured by the celiac chef's almost exclusive gluten-free cuisine. Sharing the same dishes with the other diners was truly meaningful, and the entire dinner was an experience of flavors, history, research, and the expert work of local producers. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and you can sense the passion and love that the entire staff exudes. We'll be back to visit you again, with Fabio, my son Marco, and our dog Briciola. Amelia.
