13/10/2025: Sapio is a must-visit for those seeking an authentic fine dining experience with meticulous attention to detail. The minimalist and refined setting exudes a sense of calm and elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is impeccable: kind, attentive, and always discreet, never intrusive. We chose the seafood tasting menu: a true journey of flavors, harmonious and surprising from start to finish. Each course was a small masterpiece, enhanced by a rich and well-selected wine list. The price is slightly above average for a Michelin star, but absolutely justified by the quality of the experience and the caliber of the cuisine. Sapio maintains a rare balance between elegance, creativity, and hospitality. Definitely worth a try.

06/10/2025: Going to Sapio is an experience in itself, and chef Alessandro Ingiulla, with his elaborate and sometimes seemingly simple creations, turns dishes into true delights. So if you want a different experience, book a table at Sapio.

21/10/2025: The ambiance is elegant yet minimalist, with excellent service and meticulous attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the attention to intolerances and allergies, and by the fact that they served several types of warm gluten-free bread. The meat (sliced ​​heifer steak) was good, but I hope to return and try other cuts. The vegetable side dish was generous and tasty. The prices aren't cheap, but I'd say they're adequate for the culinary selection and the staff's expertise.

08/10/2025: An old-fashioned hotel restaurant, in the best sense of the word. We ate overlooking a beautiful view. And the food did not disappoint. We tried lean ravioli with porcini mushrooms, lamb stewed in a woodland style, and a plate of fried porcini mushrooms. Plus a good house wine. Everything was delicious. Quick and friendly service, reasonable prices. The best dinner of our week-long vacation in Tuscany.

26/10/2025: A nice, informal place, the service is attentive, and the dishes are well-executed. The wine list is good. The only downside is that the tables for groups are quite noisy. Still, it's worth it.

12/10/2025: This place has amazing food and great service. I recommend the 'tris de tortelli' dish to taste all 3 types of tortelli that they serve. I also tried Vecchia (cooked horse mest), and loved it. They can definitely improve their Tiramisu, so won't recommend it. Try some other dessert may be. Overall, a great place to unwind and have amazing food in the heart of Parma.

12/10/2025: Overall, I would return. Unlike other osterias, they welcomed us and immediately seated us without a reservation in a delightful and very charming cellar. The service was good, except for the waiter, who seemed a bit smug (perhaps looking 35 always makes you think you can't afford to pay or don't understand food). Other than that, the food was excellent: the appetizers and first courses were very well prepared and the portions were just right! It was a shame about the dessert: I had the crème brûlée and it was completely raw!

30/09/2025: A 10-star restaurant 😍. We were treated wonderfully; one of the waiters speaks Spanish very well. The food was delicious, everything we ordered was excellent. The best were the tiramisu and the buckwheat noodles with porcini. We'll definitely be back if we return to Bergamo!
