What can I say? Another place that thrives on its ancient laurels... as I always say... we're not eternal and old customers leave... top-notch service because the person who served us comes to Sacile every now and then to work... the owner is always friendly...
Let's get to the sore points... we'll give the stale bread to the chickens otherwise they can make meatballs, cakes, or whatever... but don't pass it off as indecent bruschetta... between the first and second courses, I'm shocked because the raw ingredients were present on all the dishes, but the execution was absolutely no-no considering what they charge... the dish was even chipped and burning hot.

Very good kitchen and a very original and inspiring menu of interesting taste combinations. Good wine advice. We had a splendid evening in a very nice and cosy atmosphere with very friendly people.

There's a precise moment, in the heart of spring, when the earth seems to hold its breath and then explode with life. It's in this moment, ephemeral and precious, that asparagus makes its appearance. I recently had the pleasure of tasting a dish that didn't just nourish the body, but also told a story: the Asparagus from the Favri restaurant gave us diners a joyful spring moment, enjoying an excellent, locally sourced first course.
I recommend anyone reading this to repeat the experience. 💚🪷🌷

A true Friulian osteria. Fantastic steak with potatoes. The owner, Mauron, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Trust him for the menu. Great wine selection.

Varied menu with unique offerings. Everything was good. Attentive and friendly staff. Prices were high but reasonable. Unfortunately, the portions didn't satisfy my hunger; in this case, the value for money was decidedly poor.
