There's a precise moment, in the heart of spring, when the earth seems to hold its breath and then explode with life. It's in this moment, ephemeral and precious, that asparagus makes its appearance. I recently had the pleasure of tasting a dish that didn't just nourish the body, but also told a story: the Asparagus from the Favri restaurant gave us diners a joyful spring moment, enjoying an excellent, locally sourced first course.

A true Friulian osteria. Fantastic steak with potatoes. The owner, Mauron, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Trust him for the menu. Great wine selection.

Varied menu with unique offerings. Everything was good. Attentive and friendly staff. Prices were high but reasonable. Unfortunately, the portions didn't satisfy my hunger; in this case, the value for money was decidedly poor.

Excellent and refined food. Local flavors are highlighted, with some specialties such as Slow Food Presidia. The atmosphere is beautiful, rustic, and intimate. It's not the norm, but given the large number of guests, we waited a little longer than expected.
Prices are a bit higher than average, especially considering the limited portions.
