Zelmira is a lovely restaurant located in one of Modena's most picturesque and beautiful corners. It typically offers traditional Modenese dishes and an innovative seasonal menu. Everything is exceptionally high quality. Grazia, who runs the restaurant, is incredibly charming, and all the staff are also friendly and helpful. Eating at Zelmira in Modena is a sure thing. Highly recommended!

Recommended by a local, but unfortunately it couldn’t live up to the expectations. The service didn’t really seem to care if I was there and order something or not, except for the female waitress.
Feeling welcomed as a guest looks different.
Asking them for recommendations they always pointed at the most expensive things and the food wanted to be more than it actually was. The optics were good, the taste somewhat of a let down. Maybe a try of showing off since osteria francescana with 3 stars is around the corner.
Unfortunately disappointing and the only evening in my whole 2 week trip where I regretted the amount I paid for the food and experience I got.

I have been traveling in Italy for a month, and I found the best restaurant in Modena. I was truly touched by the kindness of the staff. I really wanted to eat something delicious, and the meal was absolutely amazing. Thanks to this, I have wonderful memories of Modena. I highly recommend this restaurant to all Koreans. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, with attentive, friendly staff. Their cuisine respects traditional dishes, with a touch of innovation that makes them unique. I have food intolerances, so they made sure to offer delicious options so I could always share a meal with my companions. If you happen to be in Modena, this is a restaurant worth trying.
