08/11/2025: Pampered in taste A trendy place for refined palates. Here, the raw ingredients, namely fish, are treated by expert hands. There are no crying kids or running around with strollers or rowdy families, but rather a respect for the taste of connoisseurs. They still have a long way to go, but the base is enormous. I recommend booking, and the GPS to get there is a bit hidden, but it takes you through the beautiful and baroque center of Nardo'. Update 27-08-2025 Update Unfortunately, the good old days are over; they're no longer in the old place, and everything has become more flat. There are no unknown mussels and clams (only mussels from Spain), which is incredible because we're in Salento. My wife wanted to come back because she wanted mussels and clams, and she had to settle for a fast-food rice cake. The menu is a bit limited, probably because times have changed. 28/09/2025: If you come for lunch, ask for two baskets of bread right away, because by the time the first one arrives, it'll be dinner time. Terrible service, extremely long waits, and since it's a crowded and very touristy place, they need more staff.

05/11/2025: A truly delicious pizza by the slice, this pizzeria is a must-visit. The dough is light and fragrant, the variety of flavors is wide and well thought out, and the quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. Whether you opt for a classic Margherita or a more creative option, the pizza here never disappoints. It's a shame about the counter service, which clashes with the excellence of the product. The girls, for the most part, often seem annoyed, unhelpful, and decidedly unfriendly. A little more smile and a more welcoming attitude would make the experience perfect. The pizza is worth it, but the atmosphere could be greatly improved with a kinder, more customer-focused team.

27/08/2025: A welcoming place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quality food, from burgers to piadinas, hot dogs, and fried foods: everything is delicious! The desserts are truly amazing. Ingredients are carefully selected or prepared in-house. Whenever I want to play it safe, I always choose New Dream. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

08/11/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. The service was correct and adequate. The food, in my opinion, could be improved (the risotto was very bland and the breaded cutlet was so thin you could barely taste the meat, and it was very expensive for what it was). High value for money.

05/11/2025: Food was so so.. cabonara was made using bacon instead of guanciale... Imagine that.. this is Italy we are talking about.. Fish was overcooked... Overall not the best meal I had in Italy.

05/09/2025: I go there every now and then. They offer top-notch products that you won't find anywhere else. I recommend the carbonara to everyone, especially for me! The tagliolini with truffle are superb. I've never been disappointed; the owner is very professional. I highly recommend stopping by for an aperitif, too.

20/11/2025: For me, the most beautiful restaurant in Brixen. The service was perfect, we drank wonderful wines, and the menu was sophisticated. Unfortunately, the portions, for example in the four-course menu, were too small; you don't necessarily feel full. It's a shame they no longer focus on classic South Tyrolean cuisine but have followed current trends. The dishes were very good, but you should definitely feel satisfied for 80 to 100 euros. Overall, though, a great experience.

08/11/2025: A very expensive restaurant with outdated decor. The waiter was very friendly and professional. They had a great wine list with exquisite wines. Due to the poor value for money, we wouldn't return.

15/09/2025: It's not overly expensive, and the dough is really good. The air conditioning is used well, making the overall living conditions very pleasant. The staff is friendly.

22/10/2025: Truly a great place! I have to be honest... before coming here, I thought I'd eat the usual pizza from the Avellino area, but instead... It was truly one of the best I've ever eaten in my life! Good service with friendly and helpful staff, and very quick delivery. A small place, but truly meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details, like cleanliness and decor. And as my grandfather used to say: Good things come in small packages! I'll definitely be back ♥️😁

01/08/2025: Excellent, locally sourced products and a superb knowledge of the sacred art of pizza. The prices are absolutely competitive and reasonable. From classic to modern pizzas, you can indulge in any gastronomic direction. Not to mention the vast selection of fried foods: lightness and crispiness brought to such a level that it almost comes naturally to say "yeah....make me a big tray!!!" The friendliness and kindness of the staff make you feel like part of the family. Oh well.... I'm marking a 😀 in my weekly diary 😀😀

04/09/2025: I had dinner here over the weekend for the first time. I wanted to try it because I'd heard good things about it, and it met our expectations. The meat is delicious, and you can choose it in front of you. I also recommend it for a less busy evening, as they also do hamburgers and fries (very good). The location is very nice, although the outside area can get a bit chaotic when it gets crowded, especially on weekends.
