Simply perfect, no fuss, just superbly cooked, especially the gnocchi, which were divine.

We ordered à la carte, because we weren't ready for 4 or 5 courses, but the food was excellent - next time for the prix fixe! Service was superb, the room was very quiet, the setting delightful. Not to be missed.

I was in Bressanone to visit the Christmas markets and had lunch at this historic restaurant.

After many years, we returned to this wonderful restaurant, steeped in history, where attention to detail is still maintained and where everyone welcomes you with extreme kindness and, above all, a smile.
We found the same elegant atmosphere and dishes that were more modern in presentation, yet still as delicious as we remembered.
In particular, the dumplings with beef ragù and mountain cheese and the roasted Barbarie duck breast with braised carrot, mashed potatoes, and elderberry vinegar (photo) were truly exceptional!
The space between the tables allows for good privacy and easy access for children and strollers. Finally, a truly rare bonus: each table has its own coat rack.
