19/08/2025: I'm unsure how to rate this place. The Agriturismo label understates it because, despite being immersed in the natural beauty of the Chieti hills, it's a new establishment with a lovely, airy, and clean atmosphere, far removed from the stereotypical rustic farmhouse image. I haven't had the chance to review many of the dishes...the first course of cavatelli with zucchini and sausage is neither good nor bad, made with local produce, but flavorless. The arrosticini are excellent for both meat and cuts, but they were ruined by a strong charcoal flavor (I could be wrong, but from knowing other places, it seemed like they'd been ignited or added flammable substances to the grill). The appetizer was "not good," the cured meats and cheeses were good, but the fried zucchini flower, which was overpoweringly oily and, to top it all, cold, was a crime. Let's be clear: I intend to improve. The staff's availability, expertise (especially regarding wines), and empathy are all strong points worth considering.

19/08/2025: We had a great stay, the staff is friendly and attentive. The place is quiet and very well appointed. The wine they make is excellent. I highly recommend it.

11/07/2025: Location con vista stupenda. Personale attento e simpatico. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo… ravioli alla salvia locale squisiti. sicuramente da provare…Siamo stati anche fortunati nel gustarci la vista della luna piena.

28/06/2025: We had wonderful pizza at this restaurant. It was a pleasure. The server was very friendly, and the owners very welcoming. The restaurant is run by Italians, a very nice touch. The house wine was perfect. We recommend it without hesitation.

17/07/2025: It was a wonderful experience. The beautiful, refined atmosphere and background music created the perfect backdrop. But the real star was the food. Everything was excellent, meticulously prepared by the chef's skilled hands. I was amazed by the ease with which he managed to make everything superb. The scallops were top-notch, but everything else was sublime too! Thank you for the experience!

08/08/2025: Three of us came on a Friday evening, nothing to say it was a treat. Small dishes that you can share. A great team, smiling and who can speak your language. The place is noisy but we are in Italy. You can have a view of the street or the kitchen, it's up to you. Thanks again to the team

He and his sons are true professionals, welcoming customers and explaining each dish with passion and dedication. Don't stop...keep experimenting and daring...the result is unique pizzas. Highly recommended!

11/09/2025: It's no longer the Sestante of a few years ago. The cuisine has deteriorated significantly, and the increased prices don't match the quality of the service. It's a shame it used to be a good place to stay in this area! Now it's in line with the local tourist offerings: lacking in personality, with mediocre quality. For example, among the chef's six imaginative appetizers, there was also a potato parmentier, a mashed potato topped with bottarga. I was very disappointed by this idea, which only served to increase the restaurant's revenue.

11/08/2025: I can only speak highly of this restaurant. The menu is never the same from one visit to the next. The dishes are elaborate, perfectly balanced. The wines—what the heck are they?—are created by a wine bar, so they're our top pick. The desserts are, like the rest of the dishes, true masterpieces. 5 stars aren't enough; at least 7 would be needed, not to mention the friendliness of the owner Vito and the waiter Enrico. Go, go, go, go, try it and believe it. The first time I organized a lunch for 18 people, and everything worked out perfectly.

02/09/2025: We went with friends on Sunday evening and had the large pizza, a signature dish at this place, and it was very good. The place is informal and welcoming. The owner was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.
