In search of traditional dishes, we went to this osteria and found traditional, well-crafted flavors with attentive, friendly service.
The cicchetti with pickled tongue and the sardines in saor were excellent.
The cjarsons were very special, and the cod was equally good.
Special praise for the Venetian Sbrodego.

We were last here about ten days ago... good... as always 😃
Price a little high.
Tip: .... the front door needs some oil on the hinges.... the constant creaking disturbs anyone eating near the entrance area.... very annoying.

Given that I only give 1 or 5 stars in reviews, Osteria Mingot seemed like a really nice place. Authentic, welcoming, and genuine.
The food seemed high-quality, although I personally would have preferred a little less butter, but I don't know if that's a characteristic of Friulian cuisine or the chef's skill.
The service was quick, courteous, and cheerful.
I recommend it.
