Fantastic, fresh, and delicious pizza, straight from the oven. The pizzas are generously sized, and the prices are reasonable (around €8-10). Unfortunately, they don't serve wine here, only beer and soft drinks.

Delicious pizza, the best I've had in Tuscany so far. The dough was perfectly baked and delicious. The toppings were top-notch. We had the classic Margherita, the Trufatta, and the Estivo—all very good. We waited less than 15 minutes for our order. Very reasonable prices and courteous service. A big plus for the gluten-free dough.

Perfect pizza, friendly service. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately, there is no toilet available; you have to go to the adjacent bar for that. But we will definitely be back! We would love to take the pizza maker back to the Netherlands!!

This is the best place for a good, but above all fresh, pizza. We have returned here a total of 4 times. The pizzas are fresh, the price is very reasonable, and the service is customer-friendly. The wait staff, as well as the chef, deserve applause for their hard work.

Delicious pizza. We stumbled upon it by accident, but it was the best pizza we had in Tuscany. Very good prices. Desserts were also great (we had the crema catalana and tiramisu).

18/06/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Pizzeria Sciue Sciue in the heart of Pisa. From the moment I sat down, I was able to relax and take in the beautiful atmosphere of Piazza delle Vettovaglie while enjoying one of Tuscany’s historic gathering places. I started with an Aperol Spritz, which was refreshing, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. It was the ideal drink to enjoy on a warm afternoon. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with care, and the service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming without ever making me feel rushed. I am visiting from Canada, and one of the highlights of my trip has been experiencing authentic Italian hospitality. This restaurant offered exactly that. The combination of excellent food, a relaxed atmosphere, and the charm of the surrounding historic architecture made this a memorable stop during my visit to Pisa. I would happily return the next time I’m in Tuscany and would recommend Pizzeria Sciue Sciue to anyone looking for good food, a refreshing aperitivo, and a genuine taste of Pisa.
