All of the ingredients are home grown. You will also enjoy the company of Stefano and his family. You cannot go wrong. Just make sure you go hungry.

22/07/2025: We discovered Centrale Trivigliana by chance, but it was a wonderful surprise! The burgers are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. Everything is artisanal: from the beers to the Coke (yes, they make it themselves!), to the sandwiches, which are homemade and truly make a difference. The menu is varied and well-designed, with original and tasty options that showcase local flavors with a creative touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location is also very nice, perfect for enjoying a burger in peace. An additional detail we appreciated? The carefully curated and pleasant music playlist, which accompanied the dinner without interrupting the conversation. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those seeking quality, authenticity, and a different experience than the usual fast food!

30/10/2025: I stumbled upon Panificio Marino by chance thanks to word of mouth, and I must say it was one of those discoveries that makes you want to return. You can really taste the care they put into their work, both in their products and in the way they welcome you. The bread is delicious—crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with that old-fashioned aroma that's rarely found these days. I also tried the pizza (both sliced ​​and round): light, digestible dough with fresh ingredients, not those heavy pizzas that linger in your stomach. A special note for the desserts: the pastiera and the leavened cakes are truly made with love, they seem like family recipes passed down, not "industrial." You can tell there's a young family behind it, but one with great passion and respect for tradition. Fair prices for the quality offered. Recommended for those who love simple, yet truly well-made products. 🌾

15/10/2025: Review for the restaurant: We had a great experience! Silvio genuinely made us feel like family the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding and the service was top knotch, with large portions - all for a very reasonable price. The farm atmosphere and locally sourced ingredients, as well as the house wine, made the evening incredibly enjoyable. If you're in the Amalfi Coast area, I strongly recommend a dinner at Mare e Monti.

23/09/2025: We were staying at another b&b right up the street and we were trying to support as many local businesses as possible and I’m so glad we found this! Silvio is absolutely incredible, his niece was our server - everyone was so welcoming and they make it very clear that the meats, the vegetables, the cheese - everything is made from either their farm or from local farms and you can tell. The prices were fair , the food kept coming and the house wine was incredible. So thankful to you and your family Silvio! We hope to be back ❤️ Ps. My pictures don’t do anything justice- I always get too excited and start eating then remember to take a picture lol

26/10/2025: Good traditional products. Honest prices. Quick service and friendly staff. Frequented by a varied clientele, often from Modena, of different ages. A pleasant place to have an aperitif while watching people pass by on Canalchiaro. Very good shirataki pasta, with well-made Italian sauce. The shirataki pasta is free of carbohydrates and gluten. They look like "normal" tagliatelle and have very few calories. Tried tonight. They make them really well. Recommended Revisited during Christmas. Tasted the Chianti produced by the Italian estate of Sting in Tuscany, accompanied by baked gnocco according to the Modena tradition. Both very good. They go well with Christmas reading. Have a nice day everyone. Revisited today. Tasted Hugo very good made with quality prosecco and not with ingredients of dubious origin. I confirm my positive opinion. The Hugo I tasted was better than the one I drank in Trentino, the homeland of the cocktail. Highly recommended. Happy Easter to all

29/10/2025: I tried this place with some friends right after visiting the observatory (which I recommend). The place is very nice, not too big. Very popular. We had an aperitif with two platters, and we were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were very good and the platter was varied, with delicious dishes. From pasta to sandwiches to potatoes... We finished with desserts and coffee. The price was excellent; in fact, we would have expected more given the offer! The staff was friendly and smiling! What can I say, I recommend it! 😉🪐🔭🍹

14/10/2025: A restaurant in the center of Tolentino. An experience you absolutely must try if you're in Tolentino. You can choose from several tasting menus, all extremely interesting. Quality and innovation are certainly two of the hallmarks of this restaurant. The service is excellent, as is the hospitality. It's also worth noting that, given the quality, the price is absolutely fair. Highly recommended!

23/10/2025: Awesome! Delicious crispy pizzas, including the deluxe version with truffle or pistachio cream. The yeast dough has a long fermentation time – superb quality – and you'll never be thirsty after the pizza! The owner is very friendly and even speaks Bavarian. The price is unbeatable for the quality, an absolute insider tip :)
