At least once a week, we order a Roman pala, excellent dough and incredibly light, plus a variety of top-quality toppings. In addition to pizza, Panificio Marino offers many other products, all of which are top-quality. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, and smiling (which is not typical for everyone). It's become a go-to for us. Keep up the good work!

A place I love both for the staff and the quality!!! The bread dough is delicious and light at the same time!! My passion are the white pizzas... soft and just the right amount of salty, not to mention the red pizzas, my daughter is crazy about them!! We eat the bland bread every day... it deserves to be included in the ranking!!!

I stumbled upon Panificio Marino by chance thanks to word of mouth, and I must say it was one of those discoveries that makes you want to return. You can really taste the care they put into their work, both in their products and in the way they welcome you. The bread is delicious—crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with that old-fashioned aroma that's rarely found these days. I also tried the pizza (both sliced ​​and round): light, digestible dough with fresh ingredients, not those heavy pizzas that linger in your stomach. A special note for the desserts: the pastiera and leavened cakes are truly made with love, they seem like family recipes passed down, not "industrial." You can tell there's a young family behind it, but one with great passion and respect for tradition. Fair prices for the quality offered. Recommended for those who love simple, yet truly well-made products. 🌾

21/03/2026: Fantastic! This restaurant is right outside our hotel, so we thought why not! The best pizza in Rome without a doubt. If you're looking for traditional wood-fired pizza, this is the place. And desserts! Wow. You will be spoiled for choice by the selection.
21/03/2026: High-quality pizza ingredients, a Roman waiter who was professional, empathetic, and kind, and possessed all the characteristics that make Italy the most hospitable and welcoming country in the world. We also had two fried zucchini flowers and two babà. The final price, in my opinion, was excessive at €70, including two medium beers, a bottle of water, and a large coffee. However, we were celebrating and didn't rely too heavily on the menu, which was carefully provided by the waiter. Last note: the receipt was properly issued. For me, that's an important piece of information. We'll gladly return.

18/03/2026: I've been wanting to try Cantina Simonetti for a while, and I must say my expectations were more than met. The restaurant is located in the heart of Frascati, overlooking a truly charming little square that I imagine becomes even more pleasant in the warmer months thanks to the outdoor seating. For now, I've been able to enjoy the interior: a cozy, warm, and welcoming room that immediately makes you feel at ease. We chose several off-menu dishes, and every dish was a confirmation: Ascolana olives stuffed with porchetta, Jewish-style artichokes, mezze maniche with oxtail sauce, and pannicolo with endive and carrot cream. Everything was extremely tasty and carefully prepared. A special mention goes to the oxtail sauce, truly exceptional, rich and enveloping, and to the pannicolo, cooked to perfection and served with its own juices: tender, flavorful, and executed with great technique. To accompany everything, two excellent red wines selected from a well-stocked cellar, further enhancing the experience. We finished on a high note with a delicious zabaglione and complimentary donuts, a gesture always greatly appreciated. Impeccable service: attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. A place definitely worth a visit... and one I'll gladly return to, perhaps to enjoy the summer version as well.
