A true surprise and one of the best gastronomic experiences of our trip to Sicily. Stefano and Rosita open the doors of their home and share their decades of experience and passion for Sicilian cuisine with their guests, making you feel more like a guest than a customer. Dinner was a journey through traditional flavors, prepared with local ingredients, excellent raw materials, and great care. We enjoyed a rich selection of appetizers and a splendid first course with fresh homemade pasta. Everything was delicious, but two dishes remained in our hearts: the caponata, simply exceptional, and the meatballs in sweet and sour sauce, truly unforgettable. Stefano and Rosita's welcome was warm and sincere, making us feel right at home. Places like this represent the true essence of Sicilian hospitality. If you're looking for authentic Sicilian cuisine, away from the touristy restaurants, PalmaUliva is a must-see. Thank you Stefano and Rosita, we'll definitely be back!

An absolutely amazing evening. Felt like you were sitting in the dining room of their home and welcomed as part of their family. The food was magnificent and plentiful, probably 10 different plates. all local produce. Included wine and finished with liqueur

A wonderful discovery, this family-run restaurant and eatery offers a truly delightful experience. Almost everything is homemade, served in one of the two traditional Sicilian houses. The menu remains the same, but the preparation methods vary. Simple and delicious. A truly wonderful experience. A full meal for two with two beers cost €50. Thank you for your hospitality.

A fantastic dinner!!! We were running late due to our guide's fault for a visit to the Valley of the Temples, and the restaurant accommodated us without a problem, even though we were an hour late. Once we arrived, we were greeted wonderfully by a wonderful family. The service was superb, much better than many more famous restaurants. The food was traditional, carefully prepared using high-quality ingredients. Everything was truly delicious. It's definitely a place to go to experience something authentic from the area, with a very kind family who makes you feel even more than at home. A fantastic experience that I would happily repeat!
