23/08/2025: This restaurant is just outside the city center. It looks great. Large, well-spaced tables. Discreet elegance. Great attention to the wine selection. The service here is an absolute plus. The young, motivated, and friendly staff work together. The bread is superb. I had the mushroom, saffron, and tuna ravioli. Superb. The cream-filled millefeuille was superb. Recommended. One of the best restaurants I've been to. Well done, well done, well done.

18/08/2025: Arriving at this mountain hut after a pleasant climb and finding superb dishes in generous portions made our day even more special. If the cuisine was unsurpassed, the staff, young and truly kind and helpful, made us feel even better. I never leave reviews for mountain huts because I know the quality is always medium to high, but lunch here was a true pleasure, a superb experience both culinary and human.

26/07/2025: A pleasant discovery in the heart of Padua! We visited Hostaria Piave this evening with a group of friends and were truly satisfied. The restaurant is welcoming, tastefully decorated, and the staff was friendly, smiling, and always available. The menu offers an excellent variety of meat and fish, and we wanted to try a bit of everything: crispy and flavorful fried sardines, delicious octopus, a tender tagliata, and a delicate and delicious tartare. The side dishes are equally impressive: the chicory in particular is superb! I highly recommend this place, also for its strategic location: perfect for a dinner followed by a stroll through the Specola, Prato della Valle, or the beautiful squares of Padua's city center. We'll definitely be back!

05/09/2025: The restaurant is generally very good and the food tastes excellent. The only drawbacks are the small portions and the constant traffic of cars and motorcycles through the alleys where the restaurant is located, which is extremely disruptive and significantly impairs the atmosphere and smell. Our table of eight people, including one person in a wheelchair, was pushed in by a car because it couldn't pass. The municipality should be aware that, at least during the tourist season, the town should be reserved for pedestrians. Otherwise, tourists might refrain from visiting the town, which would lead to economic losses. The approval of this regulation by the city is irresponsible. It would be advisable not to allow terraces in the narrow alleys, but this would lead to lower revenue.

07/09/2025: Until two years ago, the "octopus" pizza was a dream. Last night, the pizza was terrible, not even a distant memory of the previous one. I had "scarlett" as an appetizer, served separately, centerpiece without personal plates. The fried food was inedible; you could squeeze it out and take the oil back to the kitchen. It's a shame, another pizzeria, erased from my favorites. Another strong point was the rice with perch. Now, if you want first and second courses, only on Sunday lunch.

From the moment I walked into Hosteria La Tradizione, I felt warmly welcomed—with a glass of Prosecco and a perfectly crisp pacchero fritto as an aperitivo. A great start that only hinted at what was to come. Gennaro, the host, is a true gem—extremely knowledgeable about wines from every corner of the world and passionate about pairing them thoughtfully with each dish. I started with an exceptional beef tartare, followed by a beautifully cooked steak served on pietra lavica (lava stone), which added both flavor and flair to the experience. The evening ended on a high note with a unique and memorable dessert: blue cheese infused with dark chocolate, paired masterfully with a Falanghina passito. An unexpected and delightful combination. Special thanks to Chef Giovanni and Giusy for their creativity and attention to detail. Every element of the meal had a personal touch that made it feel special. Highly recommended if you're in the Napoli area—this is a place that celebrates tradition, innovation, and hospitality all in one.

08/08/2025: What can I say!!! Excellent top-notch pub. I recently discovered it and dined in this corner of Scotland three times in just a few weeks. The quality of the food is exceptional (the Scottish burger, the beef, the salmon, and the various types of potatoes are excellent). The courtesy, welcome, and professionalism of all the staff complete this location. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: Incredible modern Italian cuisine with a Japanese twist. If you’re tired of eating at the same trattoria and up for some adventure, I suggest trying this place. It’s been on the Michelin guide, but the food tastes like a Michelin restaurant.

I had the Lasagne and it was SO good! Truly a restaurant worthy of visiting again. Absolutely reccomend to anyone visiting.

14/08/2025: You need to be careful with this place if you are a tourist. I went there because I read the good reviews. But as I paid at the exit, the couple in front of me paid 12€ for two people, and they charged me alone for 20€!!! I just had one pre-cooked pasta and a small portion of appetizer+one bottle of water… !!! That’s a scam. Totally disappointed!!! 😢

09/08/2025: If you want Neapolitan food, you can't go wrong here. They offer hot and cold dishes for a reasonable price. We had mixed dishes and pasta, and everything was delicious. The service was great; everyone was helpful and friendly.
