12/10/2025: Possibly one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my entire life, anywhere in Italy. Even for those like me who aren't a fan of the "Neapolitan" style of pizza, with its slightly higher crust, this is it; I confess, this time I finally had to change my mind! The dough is amazing, delicious throughout, from the toppings to the crust, the cooking, and the top-notch ingredients! The selection of pizzas is well-stocked; I hope to try the other dishes (first and second courses) soon. The atmosphere is small, friendly, minimalist, and elegant, and the service from the entire staff is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting not only Montegrotto Terme, but also Padua and the entire province.

17/09/2025: A truly meticulously crafted, welcoming, and intimate place. Attentive and friendly staff. Perfect service. Dishes were truly elegantly served. It's a shame the food was completely lacking in flavor. The pesto pasta was bland, and you couldn't taste the basil. The sea bass was rubbery and also tasted bland. Maybe we chose poorly, maybe it wasn't the right evening...what's certain is that we were disappointed.

23/10/2025: MY HOMETOWN IS ONE HOUR FROM NAPOLI, I was niter by my nephew 2 years to dine at CARMELA.’ , we Own Calderazzo Cucina Italians in Bangkok , Ihave had the opportunity to dine in some of the best restaurants and Eating places of Italy : without any hesitation at all I think Trattoria da Carmela is outstanding in the assurance of providing the real traditional Cucina Napoletana , curated by a gracious man ROSARIO , the scion of the family that has been running this restaurant for almost 60 years . Food excellently true Neapolitan blue, Service most attentive , Wines extensive selections, Atmosphere a charming Retro’ so much in line with BELLINI Theatre a few meters away .

A quick joke to entertain the entire dining room. I don't know any adjectives with enough superlatives to describe the deliciousness of the food we ate.

10/11/2025: Really good food, freshly made. It does take a bit longer, but it's worth the wait. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a view of the Ticino River across the street.

09/11/2025: We went to this restaurant this year for my daughter's confirmation. We had agreed on the menu a few weeks in advance, but during lunch, a fish appetizer was forgotten. I mentioned this at checkout, but they didn't show any availability: the lady, rather rudely, replied that the price had already been agreed upon. I was disappointed: if they had paid more attention to the customer, they should have at least deducted the price of the appetizer, which costs around €14-18 per person à la carte. I didn't think this was fair, although I'm not one to argue. I'm sorry, but I wasn't satisfied with either the food or the service. I only compliment the waiters, who were very kind and attentive, but otherwise, the cuisine needs updating.

02/11/2025: Very good burger, made with tasty, quality meat. The menu doesn't offer a wide selection of burgers, but you can add or remove, and therefore combine, many ingredients to your liking... some of them very unusual, like the jalapeño jam. Nice place, impeccable service.

28/10/2025: We've had an amazing event hosted at this Hotel. The staff is absolutely the highlight: food at the poolside restaurant was above and beyond what I've seen anywhere (fish cooked to juicy perfection is a notable example); Filiberto the sommelier was amazing at proposing, presenting and discussing wines; all staff was at the highest level I've seen in a while. The only minus was a tiny shower but that can hardly detract from the overall experience. The spa and pools are also at a very high level of service and cleanliness.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to offer advice and make you feel at home. Plus, it's pet-friendly: a big plus for those who bring their four-legged friend along. 🐾 Highly recommended for a relaxed dinner, with excellent pizza and a quality welcome.

02/11/2025: I recommend everyone to visit Sitári Pizzeria. I ate very well, and there was also a short wait for the pizza I ordered. I really had a wonderful evening at Sitári Pizzeria.

25/10/2025: Having moved to Imperia from Sicily a few weeks ago, I was looking for a pizzeria. I finally found what I was looking for. Excellent pizzas (even on Saturdays, when with so many people it's increasingly difficult to maintain high quality). It quickly became a regular weekend stop. The grilled meats are also worth trying; they look truly inviting.
