02/11/2025: We recommend trying the restaurant; you won't be disappointed! We were quite a large group, yet from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuine smile, the kind that makes you understand that hospitality here isn't a formality, but a value. The restaurant is bright, with attention to detail but without being overbearing. Tastefully decorated. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. The love they put into their work shines through, and they know how to make you feel good. In short: a place where you eat well, feel good, and immediately want to return. A full five stars, and if I could, I'd give one more for the kindness of the staff.

16/10/2025: I tried this place and absolutely loved it! The baozi, jiaozi and the xiao long bao are super delicious you can really taste that they are freshly handmade. Waiting 9 minutes for fresh food is no problem at all, it’s totally worth it. The food was amazing and you should definitely give it a try!

18/10/2025: We had lunch for the first time at this trattoria, recommended by friends. We came with friends and were all thrilled. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. The staff is qualified and friendly; I'd give the friendliness award to Valentina. Thanks for everything (very good).

21/10/2025: We already knew it was a "special" place, but the fact that over time everything was only amplified was pure magic. A small, well-kept space, where the feeling upon entering is like stepping back in time. Checkered tablecloths, sparkling glasses, and meticulously ironed and folded napkins... Saturday evening: no menu, just Tony's expert explanation, detailing the two types of menus, meat or fish. Homemade bread, no pre-packaged or processed products, just the mastery of the chef kneading and baking amazing bread. A "small" space with soft lighting, a few tables, and only the energy and knowledge of the raw materials behind each dish he presented to us. We were six friends, and each of us replied: this deserves to be in the top five of places to eat well in the area. Reservations are recommended; in fact, I highly recommend booking and spending a wonderful evening with your friends, because in addition to Tony, his wife will be there to welcome you, and with her sweetness and infinite patience, she will accompany you on this culinary journey. 10 stars!!! 31/10/2025: I visited Casa Caldart Restaurant for a photoshoot during a private event, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant immediately struck me with its style: the clever use of black creates an elegant, modern, and harmonious atmosphere, enhancing every detail without being overwhelming. A refined setting, perfect for events and special occasions. During the evening, I had the opportunity to sample several dishes from the kitchen: carefully presented, high-quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. Professionalism and passion are evident, both in the dishes and in the service, which is always attentive and courteous. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's identity. Casa Caldart is a place that successfully combines style, taste, and hospitality: an excellent choice for elegant dinners, private events, or special moments to remember. Recommended.

05/11/2025: ****IF YOU WANT TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL ITALIA TRIP, RUNAWAY FROM THIS TOURIST TRAP RIGHT NOW**** If you decide to eat here, make sure to take a picture of your food and receipt. If you leave a bad review, the boss will say, 'You've never been here.' Most of the reviews in this restaurant are false reviews with fake accounts. Take a look. My wife and I had dinner here in May 2023. That night was terrible. This is due to several reasons below. 1. There was a lipstick stain on the cup we received. 2. We ordered a salad, but the fries came out. After all the menus were served, when the salad did not come out, we asked the employee, who said that fries were served instead of salad. So I asked him to take the fries back, but the employee told me to just eat it. 3. We didn't eat French fries because we didn't order them. But when we paid, the employee asked us if we would even pay for the fries.We refused to pay for the fries, and the employee's attitude got cold. 4.I left a review of this employee's attitude with 3 stars, but the owner of this restaurant left me bad words and insulting comments. I have lived in Thailand, Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and Mexico. However, I have never received such bad service before. Shouldn't restaurants in Europe, even Rome, of course offer better service than restaurants in these countries? I don't want anyone to have a bad experience in this restaurant anymore. 11/10/2025: My wife and I stayed at this hotel and restaurant. We appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which were very clean and warm. We also booked the half-board option, where we thoroughly enjoyed their cuisine, from the abundant and varied breakfast to their dinners, whose fantastic dishes I'll share with you. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future.

01/10/2025: Tonight we tried the hamburgers... nothing special, our mistake. There's better nearby. Next time we'll try the famous pinsa, which might justify an evening here. The menu also features some real restaurant dishes, we'll see... It's a shame because the place is beautiful and deserves a more upscale restaurant. This one seems more like a mockery of the dishes than a focus on substance. The first impression is of overvaluation; there are still very few real restaurants in Macerata! But evidently I don't understand that this mediocrity is what the market is happy with... We'll give it another chance; perhaps some of the dishes have soul.

28/10/2025: Service was good but extremely overpriced. Each person was charged a 3-euro service fee. We had the crab spaghetti which was on the “Tonight’s special” menu, priced at 28 euros. The sauce was devastatingly salty, and the crab pathetically lean, we had to crush our way through the whole thing for 10+ minutes in order to get a minimum amount of meat (less than 5g I would say). Would NOT recommend! Response to the owner: I suppose the leanness of the crab is also subjective? It was easily the saddest crab I've ever had. Rather than debating taste, I’d love to see you source fresher seafood from the local fish market instead of the back of a supermarket freezer.

21/10/2025: Wonderful meal. This is the second time we've been to this restaurant while in Florence. Specializing in seafood. The dishes were delicious. The service was very friendly and they speak a little French.
