A simple trattoria with home cooking! Tasty and delicious! We ordered a selection of cured meats with torta fritta, a caramel filled with taleggio and culatello, and an off-menu version of pumpkin-filled mezzelune (half-moons) served with Zola cream and walnut crumble, which was out of this world!
Then, to top it all off, we ordered a main course with mariolina, homemade mashed potatoes, and also amazing sauces!
Definitely highly recommended!

Simply... the temple of torta fritta with cured meats.
Culatello of various ages, spalla cruda, and strolghino of excellent quality and at a price within everyone's reach.
And here you can drink a good Fortana.

This trattoria's fame precedes it, and it didn't disappoint.
The torta fritta (fried dumplings, or chisolino for those not familiar with the area) is excellent, as are the cured meats and the cooked shoulder of pork from San Secondo.
The giardiniera is also excellent, delicately seasoned.
The first courses are also very good, and the desserts are a fitting end to the meal.
The bill is in line with the quality of the food.

Spectacular atmosphere in the Parma lowlands. The food is excellent. I often come here to pick up something from the shop. Any recommendations? Everything is good.

Overall, a traditional trattoria in the Parma area, but with a few dishes that aren't the classics. The torta fritta was delicious, with large, plump pieces just the way I like them, and the accompanying cured meats, including His Majesty, culatello. Among the first courses, the tortelli and agnolotti with mushrooms were very popular. Among the second courses, the pork cheeks and the shin of pork are highly recommended, perfectly cooked and melt-in-the-mouth! One small flaw was the wait. Even though we were a table of 15, we had agreed to choose a couple of first courses for everyone, but the wait was still a bit excessive. It wasn't insurmountable, however, especially thanks to the friendliness of the waitresses and the quality of the dishes served. Finally, the price seemed slightly above average, about €5 more per person than similar places I've been to recently. In any case, if you're in the area, this trattoria is highly recommended!
