Fantastic pasta! Everything on the menu looks so yummy 🤤Each dish is freshly cooked right in front of you. Today I had Carbonara and it was absolutely delicious; the spaghetti was al dente and the guanciale was crispy and salty which went very well with the creamy sauce. I only have 3 days in Rome this trip and tomorrow I will go back to try Amatriciana. The atmosphere is fast-paced as it’s busy and there are many takeaway orders. It’s a place to eat and leave, not a place to hang out. The service could be better.

This is an unassuming small spot that truly makes fresh pasta to order and some of the best pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe and others pasta dishes. They used fresh and authentic ingredients. You can sit there and eat it or take it to go. It’s a must try!

Fantastic place, the pasta is fresh and delicious, and they prepare it to order. For the price, it's definitely one of the best places I've tried in Rome.
