28/06/2025: Small kiosk with a refined gastronomic offer, which "combines tradition and innovation" (cit.). Good cuisine: The breaded and fried Ferrarese pasticcio is special and tasty, although it is not my ideal version; Cappellacci with ragù are decent. Prices are reasonable, in line with the not abundant portions. There is no table service.

10/07/2025: The Florentine steak is delicious, juicy, and flavorful, but if you can't handle medium rare, insist on it being cooked medium. Even that comes medium rare. They recommend olive oil and black pepper on the side. You can also add salt to your liking. The standard portion size (1.3 kg) is recommended for two people. The price per kg is €45. It's best to make a reservation. I'd say the rosé and red wines are average or above. The ambiance is okay; don't expect luxury. Central location, attentive staff. Recommended.

24/07/2025: Visited as quite a large party and were seated & served relatively quickly. The food was nice enough, but we were SO squashed in it was uncomfortable and felt like we were in the way. Had to go outside for a bit of breathing space ! A lot of people wanted the toilet on the way out, but this was upstairs up some steep steps and not very nice, to be honest. Lovely older lady though telling everyone how to navigate the intricacies of the red and blue pedals to wash your hands !

14/06/2025: A very appealing menu with typical regional dishes. Extremely friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcome and appreciated. The historic building is in excellent condition overall. There are many exhibits, some dating back to the Imperial and Royal era, as well as regional everyday objects and a beautiful traditional costume, which can also be seen in a video at the Scissor Grinder Museum in Stolvizza.

I piatti, semplici ma preparati con grande cura, erano tutti freschi, saporiti e abbondanti ...dalla carne tenerissima agli ingredienti di qualità eccellente. Un apprezzamento particolare va anche alla cura con cui sono state gestite alcune esigenze alimentari della nostra famiglia, con piatti preparati separatamente per nostra figlia celiaca. Importanti tocchi davvero premurosi, come i cuculli fritti al momento o le patatine in olio dedicato.Siamo stati lì per un compleanno. Mentre la festeggiata aveva una torta su ordinazione, lo staff ha avuto l’attenzione di portare una deliziosa torta al cioccolato con mandorle anche per nostra figlia, senza bisogno di chiedere nulla. Un gesto che l’ha fatta sentire pienamente parte della festa. Il tutto in un contesto pittoresco, sulle alture di Moneglia. Una cena speciale, consigliatissima per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, curata e davvero accogliente.

02/07/2025: I came primarily for the highly rated tiramisu, and I wasn't disappointed. Even the espresso was very good and the price was reasonable for Lake Garda. The staff was super friendly, making you feel at home. Sure, the location next to the road with cars passing by isn't great, but I've found that the best and most authentic Italian restaurants usually don't have photogenic locations. If you appreciate Italian cuisine and prices, you'll definitely find a restaurant next to the road!

28/06/2025: We had a fabulous meal at Corten on Friday 27 June 2025. The food was excellent quality and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend it, and we will be going back soon.
