Without air conditioning it's a mess in 2026! The food was good, the service very simple but the heat unbearable.

Very beautiful cosy Tuscan restaurant. We ordered the stuffed rabbit, the wild boar tagliatelle and the baked terrine. All were cooked amazingly and we just wanted to try more dishes. We will have to come back next time we are in Florence. The service was very good and the staff were warm and kind. Try the Tirimasu! You won’t regret it.

Business dinner with a vegetarian colleague. In Florence, it's a real challenge to find a restaurant that offers traditional vegetarian dishes other than just pasta dishes. Here, I found appetizers and pasta dishes, with cheeses, vegetables, and traditional dishes like ribollita and acquacotta. Classic desserts with a twist. Appetizers, pasta dishes, and dessert, plus house wine and water, cost €90. Very friendly staff and a classic atmosphere.

we got this recommendation from a friend who lives locally and it was stunning!!! we were in florence for a week and went twice! cannot recommend it enough, so delicious, made with a lot of care and intent, and the staff is lovely. definitely will return!!

A wonderful discovery. A very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The linguine was very appetizing, the beef fillet was melt-in-your-mouth tender (the sauce was a little salty), and the desserts were excellent (tiramisu and chocolate ganache cake). Highly recommended!

Excellent food and top-notch service. A place with a wide variety of dishes at prices to suit all budgets, and I'd say you'll be very satisfied. The pasta seems homemade (I didn't verify it) and the desserts are exquisite. The atmosphere is relaxed, and although it suffers from the same problem as most Italian restaurants—a lack of space between tables—it's still a pleasant place to eat.

We had a lovely late night dinner here, the meal and service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. A great family restaurant with everything that you could want for a enjoyable evening.

We chose this restaurant as it had been recommended by local residents. It was fairly busy; mainly with local Italians. This created a pleasant ambience. Service was prompt and staff friendly. Our food was variable, with a good beef salad starter and a rather dry lamb ragu with pasta which lacked flavour. Mains were pork for both of us which were rather salty for my taste. Decent chianti table wine accompanied the fixed price menu and overall offered good value for money if not quite suiting both our tastes.
