12/11/2025: Wonderful dinner on one of our last nights visiting the area, lady on reception kindly squeezed us in for that evening's service and we enjoyed every moment. Beautiful authentic dining room, traditional attentive service - each table booked. Recommended to us by a local chef whom we had met earlier in the day, its reputation fully justified. Will revisit whenever we return to Monforte!

24/10/2025: An elegant, old-world restaurant overlooking the Langhe hills. Carefully crafted dishes with a fresh take on traditional cuisine. The artisanal gianduiotto was a unique delight!

18/11/2025: I discovered a pizzeria by chance. The pizza is really good (I opted for whole wheat dough). The staff is very friendly and helpful... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

15/09/2025: Had dinner a few days ago. The guy was very nice, and the gnocchi (gnocchi with sautéed Treviso Gorgonzola cream and caramelized onion) I ate was excellent, as were the dishes my companions had. The only flaw (but not their fault, as the dining room was full, only two of us) was the wait time. For the complexity, 5 stars.

31/08/2025: A small pastry shop near Cupra Marittima with great potential. We stopped here several times during our family vacation, and we always found the place clean and tidy, with friendly, helpful staff. The pastries are excellent. Prices are astonishing: you won't find such reasonable prices in Verona, using the same ingredients. I think they just need to learn. Well done!

The location is meticulously maintained, elegant but without too much formality (which we've sometimes found too much in other places!). 20/11/2025: A refined location managed directly by the owner and his staff. We stumbled upon it by chance on their birthday. €40 per person, everything, absolutely everything, no limits. Welcome aperitif with prosecco and a fantastic porchetta, probably the best I've ever eaten in my life. Appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes with portions that deserve a lot of praise. Wine, water, Coke, coffee, an after-dinner drink, and dessert until you're bursting. The only less delicious thing was the fettuccine with meat sauce, a 5.5. Everything else is an 8.5. Porchetta is a 10. Well done 👏

07/10/2025: Went for dinner. Ample and convenient parking. Clean, tidy atmosphere with nice wooden furniture. Friendly staff and excellent service. I had a first course, second course, and dessert. A half-bottle of prosecco. Everything was excellent: the flavors, the cooking, even the bread was good. The strudel was amazing: I haven't had it like this even in the mountains. The price was right. If I lived in the area, I'd go back to try all the dishes, but I was just passing through as a tourist. Anyone who can, go here to eat and drink well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

05/10/2025: Everything was excellent. We booked blind, but if all blind dates end like this, it's worth the effort. Everything was excellent, the food was very good. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared and cooked. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly, and the service was professional. A special mention goes to the Vicenza-style cod with soft polenta, it was amazing. Highly recommended.

23/10/2025: Usually breakfast is a problem when I travel in Italy, but not here! We stayed in ischia for over a week and had breakfast here every day. Food was so fresh and different to everything else around, location is perfect, great atmosphere in the bistrot. Mostly though, the staff are what make it. We were greeted with a lovely smile and warm welcome every day. There is a lovely team of people who own and run the place. Do visit, you won't be disappointed
