Excellent Roman dishes, friendly and welcoming staff and good value for money

Excellent and plentiful food. Efficient and very kind staff. Excellent for quality/price. We come from Florence, and when we stop in Latina, we always pass by them. Highly recommended. Super carbonara and so does everything else.

The service is good, the staff is very friendly,.... But as for the food.. Let's draw a veil of compassion. Unfortunately in Latina they eat quantity and not quality.... Starter: nothing special, the cold cuts are of very low quality.. First courses: amatriciana, poor but overall passable bacon, pici artichokes and spekc... no flavour.. For the seconds if that was braised in red wine... I'm the virgin Mary... so don't talk to her about the strips, it was a mass of meat thrown there on the plate, overcooked and with a sour aftertaste. It's not nice to have to write this, because the staff, the service, and the place are really nice... I recommend changing the chef.... I apologize for the spelling errors... My comment about the Virgin Mary, was ironic.. But not understood I'm sorry, I didn't qualify as a chef, I only expressed an opinion based on what I ate. I confirm that you have a nice restaurant, excellent staff, but your chef doesn't value what he cooks,... As far as work is concerned, I have done... Dishwasher, maid, scullery maid, canteens, countryside,... All the jobs are dignified, the important thing is to do them well... And I will return to have dinner there ready to apologize if I was wrong... You know maybe I had a bad day...

Impeccable friendly and kind service, super food. We took advantage of the €18 fixed menu for lunch only, and there was also the €13 one for just a first or second course with water and bruschetta on the side. However, for €18 they served us 2 bruschettas, 1 first course, 1 second course + side dish and water. We will definitely return.

Locale sempre pieno e quindi un pò caotico vista la vicinanza dei tavoli. Il menù vario ma ripetitivo . Primi abbondanti ma un pò pesanti. Servizio a volte un pò frettoloso. Per chi non ha pretese.

Come sentirsi a casa. Osteria da Giorgione sempre una garanzia. Piatti casarecci e gustosi. Un po' povero il menù. Personale così così.
