06/10/2025: The menu was simply excellent, and we'd never eaten like this before. There was no menu at this restaurant!!! because everyone ate the same meal, but we counted 16 courses, skipping the degustiva at the end. Here, one local delicacy after another was placed on our table. Bottles of wine (red and white), bread, and water were available at the table. The food was served by diligent and consistently friendly and helpful waiters. The noise level was occasionally a bit disturbing, given the approximately 80-90 people in the room. Many people ate the same meal, but I still didn't feel like I was being mass-produced, which I attribute to the waiters; it was simply a fantastic experience. The entire meal, including wine, cost €36 and lasted 3.5 hours.

03/08/2025: An old-fashioned restaurant in this Arroscia Valley village where I had lunch on this first Sunday in August. Home-style cooking, good ingredients, and authentic flavors. Various appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts. Wine is already on the table when you arrive. Table service could be improved. Good value.

27/10/2025: I was there yesterday, October 26, 2025, with a group. From the phone calls, I had a pleasant response to what others had told me, and it was all confirmed at lunch. The portions were generous (the appetizers were endless), and all the other dishes were truly delicious. They were accommodating to requests for changes. The price was fair for the dishes and portions. And then you could see all their cows grazing, a true immersion in nature! I highly recommend it.

07/10/2025: It was a fantastic experience. We opted for a mixed seafood appetizer—I don't remember the name, but it was the first dish on the menu—and a mixed fried fish dish. The dishes were exquisite, with generous portions. The extraordinary service, the atmosphere, and the helpful and kind staff—all of this combined to create the perfect combination for success. Thanks to all the staff :)

14/09/2025: Confirmation... everything's good September 2025, the location has changed; it's now inside a villa with a well-kept park. The dining room is bright, spacious, and welcoming. The quality of the food remains unchanged. A small step at the entrance and accessible services.

05/11/2025: There are few options in Belluno, IT. I've stayed at several over a couple of trips. This is the only one I return to. The staff are beyond welcoming and accommodating! The front desk staff goes out of their way to accommodate and welcome you. The Maitre in the restaurant is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. He remembered not onky my name on my second visit but what my caffe order is as well as my favorite ammazzacaffè! The rooms are spotless and charming with open beam ceilings and comfortable beds. I'll stay here every time I come anywhere close to Belluno.

24/10/2025: Updated October 24, 2025 I stand by everything I said in my first review and add the kindness, courtesy, and patience of Mrs. Wanda, who assisted me with the booking and everything. Very helpful and wonderful location. Thank you 2019 Review Impressive and hidden location. It feels like arriving at a French castle... A feast for the eyes. Spacious room. With a couple of minor flaws. 1. No bedside table on one side of the bed (ok if I'm alone, but two... One has to make do). 2. A fairly outdated TV with many channels blocked. 3. It takes a scientist to study the lighting control unit. And the air conditioning. Apart from these points, everything was fine. Jacuzzi shower, bathrobes, slippers, and everything else that makes it a ****. Free and fast Wi-Fi. Smiling and pleasant staff, especially Marco at the restaurant, who prepared two superb eggs. With the help of his colleague Matteo. Even the ladies at reception are smiling and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: Pizza tastes nice and is a good portion for the price, also didn’t take long to be served. As for the drinks they were a bit deceiving, I don’t recommend you taking an Aperol spritz. The location is great, nice street tables.

05/10/2025: This is our fifth visit to this wonderful restaurant. The food is phenomenal. Great flavor combinations, yet not too complex, allowing you to recognize the ingredients and let each one unfold its full potential. The service is fantastic, very friendly, attentive, and everything runs at a pleasantly relaxed pace. Added to that is the exceptional wine, which is served to match the dishes. With a wealth of in-depth knowledge and great passion for each wine and its history! And to top it all off, the daughter made some addictive chocolates! Thank you Sonja, Jörg, and your children for the wonderful evening! ... and thank you for the shuttle service to the bus! We're already looking forward to our next visit 🤩

17/09/2025: Excellent food. Great lunch menu. Changes daily. Everything was perfect. Selected wines and the food was lovingly prepared and delicious. The chocolates are highly recommended. All handmade.

18/10/2025: Dinner with some colleagues. We ordered 3 kg of straccetti (regular and spicy) and then a huge array of bombette (regular, spicy, provola and radicchio, with sun-dried tomatoes). Everything was served in record time, accompanied by the house wine (a lovely still wine). The service and quality of the meat were excellent. A valid option in the university area of ​​Lecce.

19/09/2025: We stopped here for dinner and it was an excellent choice. The grill was impeccable, well-cooked and flavorful, and the appetizers, especially the potatoes, were really good too. We were very satisfied: this place is definitely worth a visit.
