The ambiance and waiters were very nice, the food was just average, but the location is great. Worth a try if you've heard good things about it! Tomas was very friendly and speaks Chinese, thank you!

It is located in front of the carousel in the square. I came in late at night because I was hungry, and it was wonderful. The server, Eldo, smiled and kindly helped guide me even though I was rude in my broken Italian. The atmosphere was great, and even though it was late and the kitchen was clearly closing, they made us a really delicious croque monsieur. My husband said it was one of the best meals he has had since coming to Italy. The accompanying potato chips, cappuccino, and fruit were all delicious as well. I highly recommend it!

Perfect, a bit pricey but worth every penny. The service was absolutely fantastic. The selection of coffees and pastries was perfect.

Absolutely amazing! Cant name a single negative thing. Workers were wonderful and super kind, food was out of this world and the atmosphere was amazing!

This was a place I had been looking forward to visiting during my trip to Florence, and I was finally able to come on the last day. The cafe was excellent, of course, but Maritozzo and Eclair were also delicious. I hadn't found the bakeries to be particularly good during my travels in Italy, but Gilli was as delicious as the ones I had in France, so I had a wonderful time. Furthermore, Denis's kind and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Denis :)

13/04/2026: Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious food. Spacious yet intimate atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
04/04/2026: My hotel recommended this to me, I had my doubted but delightfully found that I was not disappointed. My server provided excellent service and the steak was cooked rare though not chewy. Had a bottle of the house Chianti and was great to wash down the steak with. Spent 50 Euro on myself and was completely satisfied!

La Divina Pizza

17/04/2026: Very nice service and great homemade pizza! The lady is wonderful!
15/04/2026: By far the best pizza in 20 years of coming to Italy. 25yr old sourdough starter, organic flour and freshly cooked ingredients. This is in a different league to the usual pizzas especially in central Florence. Owners were super friendly.
