26/09/2025: High-end South Tyrolean cuisine. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are meticulously crafted. Excellent wines are also available by the glass.

16/09/2025: This was, in recent memory one of the best fine-dining experiences I've had. The selection of flavours and ingredients came together incredibly well - highlighting both in-season produce, luxury touches and outstanding attention to detail. Thank you also for the fine service and for making us feel welcome as a family with a young child who was just about barely under control 😂. The building and decor is also truly stunning. Overall just an exceptional experience.

06/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant in South Tyrol! Freshly made pizza from the stone oven at super-reasonable prices! Absolutely fantastic! The Nutella pizza for dessert is also incredibly delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for a delicious place to stop after a hike. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. Top-notch!

29/09/2025: Very tasty pizza with fresh ingredients. Upon request, our pizza was made vegan, but there were also vegan alternatives on the menu. Friendly staff and good prices!

02/12/2025: We spent four days at Pachers for a wellness retreat and were absolutely thrilled. The newly built hotel, just a year and a half old, is a real success – natural and high-quality, with lots of wood, cozy corners, and meticulous attention to detail. From the very beginning, the staff were all incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome and farewell at the reception and were even able to borrow crampons for our shoes. The restaurant staff were very attentive, friendly, and efficient at both breakfast and dinner. You can tell that experienced people work here who enjoy their jobs. We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony, which was also brand new and absolutely beautiful. The rain shower was fantastic, and I was particularly impressed by the hidden air conditioning, which heated the room within minutes. It was incredibly quiet throughout the entire hotel – both in the room and in the restaurant. I immediately felt relaxed. We had the half-board option, and I can only say good things about that as well. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful, with many regional and homemade products, plenty of healthy options, and a huge muesli bar. Egg dishes, porridge, and crepes could also be made to order, and the coffee was brewed in a proper espresso machine, not a fully automatic one. We particularly enjoyed the four-course dinner. It's great that most drinks are included, and the food was truly excellent! The menu is very flexible; you can swap dishes or order seconds. The spa area is small, but it was sufficient for us. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a pool. The small hammam area is also quite nicely done. Overall, it was a fantastic and high-quality experience, and they clearly prioritize sustainability. I always strive to write honest reviews that consider both sides, but I couldn't find anything negative about my stay. The only area for improvement would be the tea bar in the spa area. They only offered cold tea and water; I would have loved to have hot tea and some fruit there as well. Also, the pool isn't warm enough to comfortably lounge in. In conclusion: If you're not so much looking for a huge spa area, but rather peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, good food, and friendly staff, then this is the perfect place for you. We'll definitely be back.

17/10/2025: A very quaint, cozy restaurant. The food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They stopped by our table several times and asked if everything was okay and if we wanted anything else.

15/10/2025: A wonderfully cozy location on the edge of the forest. Very friendly service, excellent food! In my opinion, the most delicious spare ribs I've ever eaten! A definite recommendation for those who like hearty food!

30/10/2025: Restaurant review: We stopped at the Adler on our way from Merano to Appiano. We hadn't made a reservation, but that wasn't a problem. Lovely dining room, very good and friendly service. The food was excellent. The Linzer torte for dessert was divine.

21/10/2025: We were only there for lunch. Very nice terrace under the vines, excellent food of top quality, very friendly service. Highly recommended. Reservations required.

25/10/2025: After a strenuous climb, you simply have to take a break here and treat yourself to the Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake). It's excellent. My son is a bow hunter and loves to share his stories.

13/10/2025: It's all beautiful but the prices are too high, with 16 euros they give you 50 grams of ham (I understood that the landscape is wonderful and we are close to Germany where the salary is triple that of the Italian one) but you should offer discounts for those who come from outside or think of some promotion

13/11/2025: This house has so much history that you almost automatically fall silent the moment you arrive. Ancient walls, a courtyard seemingly from another era, and charming little details everywhere. And the food… my goodness, the food. Every plate is a masterpiece. You can taste that the person cooking here truly understands their craft and pours their heart and soul into it. The service: attentive, but not intrusive. The atmosphere: warm, unpretentious, and effortlessly cozy. The ambiance: so inviting that you'll want to stay longer than you intended.

13/10/2025: We have been staying regularly at the Ansitz Romani since 2012 and have witnessed its continuous, high-quality development over the past 13 years. The rooms in the historic main building, each individually furnished, are stunning. The new suites in the adjacent annex leave nothing to be desired. Whether with a small terrace, a balcony, or even a terrace overlooking the bio-pool, there's something for everyone here. Breakfast, which can also be enjoyed in the garden during warm weather, is plentiful and varied. Eggs made to order are always welcome, along with a choice of coffee specialties. And since the coronavirus pandemic, every breakfast table now has a three-tiered etagere with South Tyrolean delicacies and much more. We have never been disappointed with dinner at the Taberna Romani. The menu is manageable and changes regularly. But Armin Pernstich, the award-winning chef, also offers a small selection on a daily menu depending on what's available. The wine cellar leaves nothing to be desired. Whether white or red, or even rosé, there's something for everyone. And if not, there's also the house's own organic apple juice. Conclusion: Sabine, Armin, and their family have created a wonderful retreat. The staff at the lodge are also courteous and friendly. Oh, and parking in their own parking lot is easy.

07/12/2025: We ate here with a group of friends and ordered several platters of entrees to try more. Everything was delicious, and the portions were super generous.
