06/11/2025: A wonderfully rustic dining room with authentic food and great service. The food was absolutely fantastic. Spare ribs with coleslaw and a trio of dumplings: divine. Although the chestnut tiramisu didn't live up to its name and didn't really taste like the aforementioned nut, it still gets 5 out of 5 chestnuts!
31/10/2025: The food was delicious. The portions were good and large (I recommend sharing the spare ribs with someone ;)). The restaurant itself was also very cozy.

21/02/2026: A dream of juicy, crispy sourdough pizza… from their own fields, organically grown grains like rye, spelt, and wheat, whose flours are used to make pizza and pasta doughs and pastries. And to top it all off, the best local beer from Nopphof. Fantastic, and always a pleasure!

Location overlooking Merano from above (we'll be back to admire it during the day).
Excellent welcome and elegant location.
Dishes cooked to perfection.
Two fillets worthy of applause.
The desserts were also excellent.
03/01/2026: Kudos to the kitchen! The vegan pumpkin cream soup was the best we've ever had. The vegan vegetable curry was also excellent, especially the bottom layer. We're not entirely sure what it is, but it tastes delicious. Since the dishes are primarily vegetable-based, they don't keep you full for very long. Offering vegan dishes is certainly a bit more challenging in South Tyrol, but at this level, there's definitely a way to create a more substantial vegan meal. If you appreciate very good vegan food and have the necessary funds, this is the place for you.

19/10/2025: We've eaten here three times in the last few days. The food is fantastic. Everything is served very quickly and the quality is top-notch. The staff is also incredibly friendly. The ambiance isn't super modern, but it's just right: cozy, typically Italian, and very clean. Our four-legged friends are also very welcome. We will definitely be back!

07/02/2026: Lodging in a B&B you have to look for a place to eat at night every day.
Selva is loaded with pizzeria-restaurants and I save my review for the most pleasant one we encountered. Especially atmosphere and staff made the day. We had good bruschetta, nice mezzalune and acceptable fettuccini. There is a surprisingly long wine list. Reservation necessary!
29/01/2026: Probably the best pizzeria in Wolkenstein. Great food, great service, etc. Since the drinks were served a little late, the owner offered us two excellent grappas. We'll be back.

05/12/2025: We dined at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and decided to have the four-course menu.
It was a truly unique experience. Everything was delicious. After the four courses, we were greeted by the chef, followed by pre-dessert and post-dessert.
The service was impeccable, and everything was beautiful because there was a divider between the tables specifically to ensure a bit of privacy. The location was beautiful.
The price was absolutely perfect for everything we ate and drank.
The food and the presentation of the dishes were simply incredible!!!
We will absolutely be back!!

07/03/2026: A family-run trattoria where the food is excellent (reservations are required, as there are only a few tables). Traditional cuisine, generous portions (even the wines by the glass). Superb dumplings, delicious venison fillet with Lagrein.
The desserts are also exquisite, made by the owner. Thank you for two wonderful dinners and evenings spent in your restaurant, where we felt at home.
