11/07/2026: On the last evening of a wonderful week, two friends and I dined here. Everything was impeccable: the food was exquisitely cooked and perfectly presented. The wine was also excellent, pairing the dishes beautifully, and the ginger digestif served to round out the meal. The price is commensurate with the quality of the food and the number of courses. Bottled water was perhaps a little expensive, but why not drink the tap water—it's delicious? Well done!

- Very good pizza – the combination of Roman pizza and the perfect South Tyrolean touch (e.g., with porcini/chanterelle mushrooms; hunter's pizza) is unique and tasted delicious
- Perfect view of the valley when sitting outside. The owner also took the time to explain to us which alpine pastures are worth visiting (and are open for business).

The lady who served us was extremely friendly.
The food was excellent; we tried several dishes, including the superbly cooked shank.
The prices were excellent.
Highly recommended!! We'll definitely be back.

12/06/2026: Wonderful service and great quality food. The staff is super professional. Our great waitress recommended amazing South Tyrolean wine to us, presented in a beautiful way and gave us a lot of information about the local wine. Pizza was delicious as well!

01/07/2026: This year too, I visited Mike, the owner of Mar Dolomit: a wonderful welcome, attentive and very polite staff, and delicious dishes: canederli, potato gnocchi, Storo polenta, and melted cheese and porcini mushrooms. Excellent price. A sure thing in Ortisei, see you next time.
01/07/2026: My friends and I came to Mar Dolomit and discovered some exceptional speck dumplings. Soft, tasty, and authentic: the best we've tasted in Ortisei. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service friendly. We'll definitely be back!

14/08/2026: Excellent experience. The structure is divided into several levels, converted from a former farmhouse. The "small rooms" for couples are super intimate, while the other slightly larger ones are also wonderful. Excellent food and beverage selection. My only small complaint is that I would have preferred a few more dishes, but overall, a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

08/05/2026: A must-visit on every South Tyrol vacation since my childhood. A fantastic atmosphere, both indoors and out, and very friendly owners.
The house-cooked trout are superb, and the homemade tiramisu is divine!
For little (and big 😉) children, the pond in the garden is a real highlight.

A very intimate location, an enchanting place with a unique atmosphere, perfect for those who appreciate attention to detail, all in a cave-like room carved into the rock. A romantic place to enjoy delicious, noteworthy dishes. Top-notch food, well-deserved Michelin star! Congratulations! The waitress was very friendly, sweet, kind, and polite, and she served us with a wonderful attitude throughout! Advice on how to get there on foot: don't follow Google Maps, but the map on the restaurant's website.
