Excellent restaurant in a beautiful location on the hill of Ortisei Practically right on the slopes The location, from the outside, looks like a run-down farmhouse. As soon as you step inside, you'll find a wonderful atmosphere, with professional staff.

One of if not the best restaurant I've been in, I ordered veal Milanese(wienersnitchzel) it was absolutely spectacular the meat was peak quality basically all the materials were great including water. The atmosphere was also awesome, the views were so nice and the most surprising is that the prices are not that expensive, you would pay the same price at other places but it wouldn't come close to the quality of this place

Every year, I make a point of returning to one of my favorite places in Val Gardena, and Customula never disappoints. Set in a beautifully restored farmhouse dating back to 1609, the atmosphere perfectly balances historical charm with understated elegance. The renovation has been done with great taste, preserving the soul of the building while elevating it into a refined dining destination. The restaurant is always well-frequented, yet maintains an intimate and sophisticated ambiance. The wine list is thoughtfully curated, offering excellent labels that complement the cuisine perfectly. The menu changes seasonally and showcases outstanding ingredients, reinterpreted with a fine-dining touch. Each dish reflects precision, creativity, and deep respect for local traditions, elevated through contemporary technique. A place I look forward to visiting every year — and one I wholeheartedly recommend.
