06/11/2025: Very friendly and attentive staff, the food is delicious and arrives hot and quickly. Everything is thought of at the tables, from napkins, ketchup, mustard, and mayo to hand sanitizer. And although the stand is located right next to a parking lot, the tables are very comfortable and inviting. We'll definitely come back whenever we're in Bruneck!

30/12/2025: 6 of us had an excellent experience here. I don't know where to start, the service is phenomenal, the food is homemade and very tasty. The ambiance is phenomenal. A pleasant space with perfect decorations, mostly the entire experience was 10/10 for us. Bravo to the whole family who visibly put a lot of effort and love into hospitality. Be sure to reserve your table.

05/10/2025: Both the osteria and our apartment impressed us greatly! About the apartment: It was very cozy, spacious, and furnished to a high standard – the beds were very comfortable. (In summer, you can also use the beautiful terrace and the cozy outdoor areas.) We didn't miss a thing in the kitchen either, even when we cooked for ourselves! Speaking of food – or rather, the osteria: Even though we were able to cater for ourselves in the apartment, I can highly recommend the osteria – like many others here – for both breakfast and dinner! The varied menu is supplemented daily with two daily specials. Everything was so incredibly delicious that it was difficult for us (in a good sense) to decide what to eat. So, it's best to go there several times and try different dishes ;) The food is not only delicious, but also high-quality and prepared with local ingredients. The dining room is very cozy and designed and decorated with attention to detail. The service and hospitality were consistently very warm, charming, and professional. We would love to come back - and thank you again to the team for the wonderful and relaxing stay we had.

14/12/2025: We stopped for lunch, ordering beetroot parcels with gorgonzola, walnuts, butter, and parmesan, and finishing with homemade strudel with cream... Everything was superb. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended, and we'll be back!!

07/01/2026: Excellent experience at Viktor's Imbiss! Truly delicious food, generous portions, and quality ingredients. Everything is freshly prepared with great care. The staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful, always smiling. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, perfect for a good meal without long waits. You can see the passion in what they do. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

26/12/2025: Abundance is certainly the hallmark of Viktor's Imbiss cuisine. You order, and the dishes are quickly placed on a tray, which you then carry to your chosen table. In winter, the space is heated by gas lamps and a fireplace.

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.

09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.

22/12/2025: We had a family dinner yesterday at this restaurant. We ordered Pizza Kebab, Mix Grill, Kebab Panino and Falafel Panino. All dishes were halal, awesome and very delicious. Moreover, the staff was very friendly, especially Salman, who helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delicious authentic Turkish dining experience.

12/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with excellent Neapolitan-style pizzas. The side salad was unfortunately rather uninspired and lacked dressing. The dessert (crème brûlée), however, was very tasty. Overall, very high-quality ingredients were used. The decor is beautiful and cozy, but quite noisy. Nevertheless, it was still possible to have a conversation. All in all, we had a pleasant evening with a reasonable price-performance ratio and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

19/01/2026: I went for a quick dinner. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly enough. The only downside was the pizza, which was really nothing special. The sandwiches were definitely more inviting, but I haven't tried them, so I can't say more. Prices were average for Bolzano.
