31/07/2026: Fantastic place. Carpaccio was the best we have had in years and the pasta of the day - tagliatelle with finferli- was just amazing. I don't know what it was but the combination of good meat, cheese, rucolla with balsamic was just from another world... Tagliatelle with mushroom didn't sound too exciting but after trying to bites, I really struggled to decide what to put in my mouth more - carpaccio or pasta? I also had bistecca di manzo. I usually prefer my meat to have a bit of fat, and I also know that Italians prefer meat without fat usually. My Italian wife said this was a really good steak, so I kind of expecting that I won't like it. I was wrong-! it was also very good. Staff were extremely kind and the venue with the fantastic view and the perfect summer weather just made it perfect lunch. We are definitely coming back in the winter. (one downside: because of this great lunch, we couldn't really enjoy our dinner. but that's the dinner restaurant's fault!)

15/06/2026: It was a tip from friends in Merano. We're currently on vacation in Lana. We went there for the set lunch menu. There were several menus to choose from. All either €15 or €19 (including water and coffee). Superb quality and generous portions. A lovely experience to be able to eat in a fine restaurant. Our only complaint was the cover charge added to the bill. It would have been better if it had been listed on the menu to avoid this minor annoyance. But everything else was excellent. Our two dogs were welcome, of course, and they were immediately offered water. Highly recommended for a great lunch. s

04/08/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly, fun, and above all professional. The food was excellent; on a scale of 1 to 10, it was definitely a 10. The prices were more than reasonable, excellent value. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it. Reservations are recommended.

22/05/2026: A lovely stop on our bike tour today! The homemade Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) with spinach filling were excellent, as were the spare ribs, which were incredibly tender! Plus, the service was very friendly; we felt very welcome.

22/06/2026: I went to this restaurant for pizza. The pizza looked very inviting, but I had a bit of a hard time digesting it. Otherwise, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were friendly.

20/06/2026: What a huge disappointment! When I pulled off the highway to a restaurant that was listed on Google Maps as open until 8:00 PM, it was actually closed. Dear owners, it's not enough to just stick a sign on the closed door. Respect your customers' time and money and update your restaurant's listing! I don't recommend taking the risk and pulling over like I did.

08/04/2026: After trying the restaurant, we sat under the portico, comfortable, and well-served. We ordered a trio of caneserli with melted butter, delicious. Fast and accurate service. A little pricey with the bitters, but otherwise, it was standard for Trentino.

06/04/2026: We've eaten at Rössl Bianco several times, and each time it's been excellent! The beautifully renovated historic building exudes a real sense of coziness, and you immediately feel at ease. In the summer, the seating in the courtyard is also lovely. The service is outstanding, and so is the food. We'll definitely be back!
