Delicious food in a beautiful setting under the Sciliar mountain. The risotto was a favorite. Great for special occasions, this was the highlight of our trip.

On the last evening of a wonderful week, two friends and I dined here. Everything was impeccable: the food was exquisitely cooked and perfectly presented. The wine was also excellent, pairing the dishes beautifully, and the ginger digestif served to round out the meal. The price is commensurate with the quality of the food and the number of courses. Bottled water was perhaps a little expensive, but why not drink the tap water—it's delicious? Well done!

A restaurant with a magical atmosphere. A unique location in an old building (I believe from the late 19th century). Discreet and professional service, as the South Tyroleans know how. Given the temperature, we dine outdoors. The table is set with placemats, but with plenty of cutlery and glasses. Two menus are available: one with four courses and one with five. The cuisine is based on traditional local dishes but completely revisited with imagination, especially with sauces and vegetables made in-house. Everything is delicious and of excellent quality. The price is commensurate with the quality and caliber of the restaurant; not cheap, but fair considering the number of courses. Furthermore, there are only six tables. Dinner must be booked well in advance. For a different evening, it's worth it.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. This charming little restaurant in Siusi was one of the highlights of our trip to the Dolomites. The setting alone is worth the visit — a beautiful outdoor seating area with stunning views of the mountains, the relaxing sound of a nearby creek, and perfect weather that made for an unforgettable evening. The service was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the meal. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish showcased fresh local ingredients with an innovative approach to regional cuisine that felt both creative and authentic. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the wine was equally impressive and paired beautifully with the meal. You can really feel the passion and care that goes into every aspect of the experience here. We left feeling incredibly grateful for such a memorable evening and would return in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area — it is truly something special.

A fairytale-like aperitif. Excellent wine in an enchanting, rare, and precious setting, elegant and refined, with welcoming and gracious staff.

We had an amazing experience! One of us took the 4 course menu and the other one took the 5 course menu and we shared everything in order to taste all the dish available. Every single plate was well thought, flavor balance was amazing and truly amazing food all around. We loved every plate, left very full and grateful for a great night. the ambiance is truly amazing, with a great view on the mountain, and the service was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Exceptional experience. Friendly service, but above all, very unique local dishes with truly delicious pairings. It may seem expensive, but considering everything, it's worth it. Well done.

Delicious food, good service, sitting in the shadow of the towering mountains. Can order Al La Carte but set up for a tasting menu. Not a quick meal, but that is either a pro or con depending on what you’re after. You must 100% book a reso. We witnessed many people being turned away. If you don’t have a reso, don’t try.

This place is a true gem and worth the visit! A stunning location, situated just outside of Seis am Schlern. A splendid restaurant (fine dining), located in an former watermill. The chef works with local ingredients and the wines are local too. Splendid dishes with great taste. A MUST visit for anyone who enjoys great food in an great atmosphere!

The location is absolutely beautiful, situated right on the river with a view of the Schlern mountain. The chef and the waiter are fantastic, and the food is incredibly delicious!
