14/02/2024: A wonderful family-owned hotel that is definitely worth the trip. In fact, it’s one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had (and I’ve had many). The spa/sauna is very spacious and filled with natural light. The food is wonderful - the chef deserves a Michelin star. We stayed in one of the modern rooms which was fine, but next time we will try a classic room to compare. Looking forward to returning.
12/01/2024: The hotel is familiar, cozy and beautiful. You'll find something for everyone. From the SPA area to the slope recommendation… The food is fresh and good! And it's on the mountain. The view is simply wonderful.

Fresh and quickly prepared.
Friendly staff
The Filoncina vegetables are delicious and the other pizzas were also very good!
Since we ordered the pizza to take away, we can't rate the ambience.

21/03/2024: Dilapidated, inconvenient for parking, newly repainted room with the smell of paint, I had to sleep with the windows open. 4-star price, 2-star services. But the most absurd thing: a 75 bottle of water: 4.80 euros... worth reporting.

06/04/2024: Changing my review. Food is preety good but organization is terrible. You make an appointment and get sited 20 minutes later.
05/04/2024: Excellent place, the food is very good, especially the schnitzel. Very friendly service. The only flaw is to improve the care in welcoming the customer when he enters.
Recommended for those who want to eat well without spending a lot

09/03/2024: We ate at the pizzeria for dinner. Friendly and helpful staff, good food, even if the menu has few choices and there is no pizza with lactose-free mozzarella. Fairly low prices.

03/03/2024: Le aspettative su questo ristorante erano alte, e sono state soddisfatte in parte.
Il cibo era ottimo e anche la proposta dei vini è stata molto soddisfacente unica nota negativa della serata il servizio che non è stato molto attento soprattutto quando si versa il vino.
Torneremo sicuramente 👍
10/02/2024: Lo avremmo provato volentieri se non ci avessero attaccato il telefono in faccia quando abbiamo chiamato per prenotare. Chiaramente non siamo altoatesini, ma quanto ad accoglienza possiamo insegnarvi qualcosa. Non partite dal pregiudizio che siamo forestieri e che non rispettiamo il territorio e la vostra cultura. Questo è un problema generalizzato in zona, ma troverete anche dei locali in cui sapranno accogliervi a dovere.

Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier definitiv.
02/10/2023: Abbiamo preso un tagliere in due come antipasto ed un secondo piatto con contorno e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato più che a sufficienza: le porzioni sono generose
Ottimo il dolce : il semifreddo fatto da loro e le frittelle di mele superbi.
Per concludere una grappa al fieno che consiglio.
Meglio prenotare perché è sempre pieno specie nel week end.
Prezzo normale..non metto cinque pallini solo per il fatto di non avermi dato la ricevuta visto che pagavo in contanti.

21/08/2023: Bella location ma prezzi esagerati se rapportati al servizio, alle quantità ed alla qualità.
Abbiamo mangiato due goulash con canederli ( 2 canederli ed un assaggio scarso di goulash) una bottiglia d'acqua, un calice di vino ed una insalata. 50 euro!!
Servizio scarso per le lunghe attese.
Eravamo clienti affezionati ma non torneremo mai più
17/08/2023: Siamo venuti a mangiare qui con molte aspettative ma non sono state ripagate. Il menù era esiguo per i secondi piatti (delle 4 proposte solo 3 disponibili). Buffet di verdure era con poca scelta perché a fine serata non era stato riassortito. Dolci nella norma. Prezzo caro rispetto al servizio dato. Sulla location nulla da ridire: molto bella, con vista panoramica e ambiente curato e famigliare.
