04/08/2025: Posizione con vista a 360°, raggiungibile comodamente con impianti di risalita oppure a piedi con camminate più o meno lunghe secondo il punto di partenza.
Cucina per tutti i gusti, noi abbiamo optato per piatti tirolesi: canederli (ricetta tradizionale della titolare sigra Berta), accompagnati da un'abbonante insalata di cavolo cappuccio, birra, strudel e caffè.
Tutto il personale molto cordiale.

10/07/2025: A very nice little restaurant. It's tucked away in a small alley, in a lovely courtyard. We had focaccia, homemade lemonade, and a non-alcoholic craft beer. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you're in Brixen, you have to go here!

07/08/2025: Summary: Good, but ordinary.
We had a lovely evening together at the restaurant. It's pleasantly quiet, without being boring. You're greeted by the chef, and the staff is friendly, but a bit aloof. The food is also undoubtedly good; we had the 5-course menu.
What we missed was that "special something" we would have expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant. From the decor and staff to the food, it doesn't seem as if they place any particular emphasis on offering guests something, but rather on delivering a solid, standard menu. Perhaps this is because many tourists are attracted by the star.
We were disappointed that there was a hair baked into the dessert, and apart from a brief apology, this wasn't addressed.
All in all, a lovely evening, like in an ordinary, good restaurant, but too expensive. We wouldn't go again.
03/08/2025: An evening that will be remembered for a long time. We chose the surprise menu and the wine pairing. The dishes themselves were already a dream, but the accompaniment took everything to a whole new level. Our many detailed questions about ingredients and preparation were answered either by the owner or one of his chefs. The service is very attentive and even answers questions that had nothing to do with the restaurant. Another big plus for us was that we were allowed to bring our dog into the restaurant. I'm giving it a dog paw as an (unofficial) accolade for this opportunity.

11/08/2025: Top-notch pizzas! I've never had such a large pizza in my life! I estimate it to be about 40cm in diameter, bizarre. But on the plus side, a thin crust, plenty of toppings, and not greasy! We both had a Chef pizza.

The service is truly exceptional, very attentive, yet not stiff; just warm 👏👏 The food, as always, is absolutely delicious, and the price/performance ratio is definitely right 👍 Very nice atmosphere 👍 We would definitely love to come back 👏👏 You guys are great 🤗

08/08/2025: Unfortunately, Cobo's lovely sayings are no longer available, but can only be viewed in the back area, in front of the restroom. Cobo, too, has retired.
The aperitif there is still excellent, though.
07/08/2025: This restaurant is definitely worth a visit after seeing the waterfall. The view is breathtaking, but the restaurant itself is also beautiful. The food is good and the service is fast. After the steep hike from Parcines to the waterfall, you can enjoy a bit of absolute relaxation. Well done!!

10/08/2025: A truly innovative hotel and restaurant, catering to every need. From its Tyrolean style, it has transformed into a modern hotel, with every comfort and innovation. It pampers you. Very clean, the staff is attentive and quick to respond to every request. I highly recommend it.
04/08/2025: Excellent family stay. Perfect welcome, excellent breakfast and meals, clean rooms, walking trails close to the hotel. Everything is there for a perfect vacation.

22/08/2025: WOW - absolutely amazing. My father took a 3h drive to come here meet us from munich. And it’s been so much worth it. Incredible attention to detail when it comes to ingredients. Delicious, delicious food. Amazing views and authentic atmosphere. Topped off by the ‘hofladen’

L'esperienza in questo ristorante è stata a dir poco sensazionale. Cibo ottimo e sapientemente illustrato dallo Chef. Qualità al top, ambiente accogliente e ben curato nei minimi particolari, servizio eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Noi ci torneremo senz'altro

Ouvert le dimanche soir en août lors de notre passage, nous n’avons pas eu besoin de réserver.
08/08/2025: Ristorante caratteristico in centro a San Vigilio. Attenzione alla qualità dei prodotti ma prezzi esagerati, abbiamo ordinato del goulash a 30€, nel piatto c’erano praticamente tre pezzi di pane e poca polenta, la carne praticamente assente.
Peccato perché il locale è molto bello. In due abbiamo speso circa 120€ ma siamo usciti non soddisfatti.
