The quality and creativity of the dishes are outstanding. An insider tip for a long time, but definitely one that deserves to be discovered. Unreserved recommendation!

09/02/2025: Mi dispiace ma non ci siamo per niente … camerieri assolutamente inadatti ( se non vi piace fare i camerieri cambiate mestiere ) il cibo comunque anche se tipico troppo speziato … la pasta completamente scotta … per me che frequento questa località da 50 anni assolutamente non consigliabile … a volte quando si vuole strafare si sbaglia … anche i prezzolati troppo troppo caro per il servizio e il cibo !

09/02/2025: A Gothic house like from a fairy tale ☕️🕰️ The waiter explained the entire menu thoroughly and answered questions carefully. The bathroom looked like it was from 200 years ago. The entire restaurant was decorated with old photos and various old items. Expensive meals but worth the price. I recommend😁

08/12/2024: Reachable on foot from the parking lot in just over 30 minutes. Great food, great ambience, beautiful view. Friendly operation and very good service.

12/03/2025: Wir waren mit einer Gruppe mit fünfzig Personen zum Mittagessen zu Gast. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr guter Service, angenehme Bedienung und alle haben zügig ihr Essen bekommen. Die Atmosphäre dieser Hütte ist spitze.

04/03/2025: Everything is just right here :) Beautiful facility with parceled out pitches, modern sanitary facilities, friendly & helpful staff, all-round services in terms of food (shop, restaurant, bistro, pizzaria), great dog hiking trails directly from the pitch and then soft Alpine spring water from all pipes. Thanks to the Schartner Alm team for the two wonderful days ❤️

07/01/2025: We were at the campsite with friends over New Year's Eve and were thrilled from the start. Large pitches, very clean modern sanitary facilities, top service and very friendly staff. The drive along the long winding road from Bolzano was a highlight with a great view. The site is also suitable for large motorhomes, electricity and water on site. We had a very nice time. The connection to Bolzano with the narrow-gauge railway and cable car is super easy and fast. We'll be back.

19/10/2024: Fantastische Küche, wunderbare Weine, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Bedienung, wunderschönes Ambiente. Das Ansitz Romani ist eine einzigartige Perle, die wir immer wieder gerne besuchen, und wir sind jedes Mal gleich begeistert. Das Menu surprise ist absolut empfehlenswert!

09/03/2025: Impossibile non farsi affascinare dalla meravigliosa vista sulle valli. Il cibo è veramente buono e genuino. Il locale è semplice e sincero, come gli accoglienti proprietari. È un posto da visitare e consigliare.

05/03/2025: Wir haben im Schloss Rametz an einer Weinprobe sowie mit inkludierter Führung teilgenommem,erst ging es vom Innenhof des Schloss wenige Meter zu Fuss in den angrenzenden Weinberg,wo uns unser Gästeführer des Weingutes alles wissenswerte über die da angebauten edlen Tröpfchen erzählte.Eine Weinkeller Besichtigung schloss sich danach an und es wurden auch dazu Erläuterungen gegeben,was interessant war,auch wenn wir bereits einige Besichtigungen dieser Art hatten so ist es immer wieder etwas anderes. Selbstverständlich durfte dann die Verkostung nicht fehlen,es wurden 6 verschiedene Weine/Prosecco zur Verkostung gereicht mit einer schönen Speckplatte. Anschliessend konnte im angrenzenden Shop nach Lust und Laune das edle Tröpfchen erworben werden.

08/02/2025: Zeer vriendelijk personeel en Heerlijk gegeten! Mooie ambiance qua inrichting en ook heerlijke eigen wijn. Wij gaan zeker terug!
