08/05/2026: We dined at Sissi and had the "Settepiatti" menu – it was simply superb. Every course was prepared with meticulous attention to detail, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – we felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived.
The service was also attentive, friendly, and highly professional without being intrusive. A truly special evening with exceptional cuisine and a wonderful ambiance. We will definitely be back!

02/05/2026: The service was very friendly. The pizza was excellent. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the courtyard. The only downside was the extra charge for the cover fee. Unfortunately, we only noticed this afterward. This isn't standard practice everywhere in Merano.
02/05/2026: The price-performance ratio was a disaster. We even finished the dry bread with croissants, for which they charged us three euros. Otherwise, our stomachs would have been completely empty. The portion was too small for a toddler.

We ordered a trio of caneserli with melted butter, delicious.
Fast and accurate service.
A little pricey with the bitters, but otherwise, it was standard for Trentino.
06/04/2026: We've eaten at Rössl Bianco several times, and each time it's been excellent! The beautifully renovated historic building exudes a real sense of coziness, and you immediately feel at ease. In the summer, the seating in the courtyard is also lovely. The service is outstanding, and so is the food. We'll definitely be back!

We had to wait a very long time at the beginning before our order was taken. In our opinion, it's more of a place for Merano's fashionable crowd. If that's your thing, then this is the place for you.

The service was perfect and the pizza was excellent!

04/06/2026: We often had lunch at Saxifraga during our holiday. Fantastic, creative cuisine with a good wine list. Be sure to try the local wines. Great view of Merano. The staff was always very friendly and attentive.
02/06/2026: What a fantastic restaurant, incredibly delicious food. Not to mention the view. Simply breathtaking. Their steak tartare, or even... oh, everything is just amazing... I'm already looking forward to our next visit. Keep it up! And no... I'm not getting any free food or money for this review. Try it for yourselves!!!

11/10/2025: Super delicious, and especially great that all the pizzas are available gluten-free and lactose-free, and they taste amazing too. Plus, the owners are really nice!

The pizza is freshly prepared, takes a maximum of 10 minutes, and is incredibly delicious 😋

13/12/2025: By pure chance, I ended up here for dinner, located very close to the Gardens of Trautmansdorff Castle, just one bus stop away.
From the moment I walked in until the very friendly goodbye, it was a wonderful treat for all the senses!
The pizzas, which I tried twice, are outstanding, incredibly delicious, very large, and you can even get them with whole wheat dough – absolutely delicious! 😋👍👍👍👍👍 On top of that, the service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive; you feel incredibly welcome as a guest!
Thank you so much for two wonderful dinners in a lovely, pleasant atmosphere!
