08/04/2026: A place that has consistently surprised and delighted guests for many years, boasting a unique atmosphere. From the excellent cuisine to the impeccable service, Sissi is a sure thing. Hopefully for many more years to come.
07/04/2026: A refined, yet simple, atmosphere that fits well with the location's Habsburg roots. Good service, albeit a bit slow at times. The dishes met expectations: I especially loved the asparagus and truffle risotto; the amberjack was excellent, albeit with a somewhat bland sauce. The dessert was excellent.
The bill was in line with expectations for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

07/03/2026: A family-run trattoria where the food is excellent (reservations are required, as there are only a few tables). Traditional cuisine, generous portions (even the wines by the glass). Superb dumplings, delicious venison fillet with Lagrein.
The desserts are also exquisite, made by the owner. Thank you for two wonderful dinners and evenings spent in your restaurant, where we felt at home.

02/05/2026: The price-performance ratio was a disaster. We even finished the dry bread with croissants, for which they charged us three euros. Otherwise, our stomachs would have been completely empty. The portion was too small for a toddler.

We ordered a trio of caneserli with melted butter, delicious.
Fast and accurate service.
A little pricey with the bitters, but otherwise, it was standard for Trentino.
06/04/2026: We've eaten at Rössl Bianco several times, and each time it's been excellent! The beautifully renovated historic building exudes a real sense of coziness, and you immediately feel at ease. In the summer, the seating in the courtyard is also lovely. The service is outstanding, and so is the food. We'll definitely be back!

The pizza is freshly prepared, takes a maximum of 10 minutes, and is incredibly delicious 😋

13/12/2025: By pure chance, I ended up here for dinner, located very close to the Gardens of Trautmansdorff Castle, just one bus stop away.
From the moment I walked in until the very friendly goodbye, it was a wonderful treat for all the senses!
The pizzas, which I tried twice, are outstanding, incredibly delicious, very large, and you can even get them with whole wheat dough – absolutely delicious! 😋👍👍👍👍👍 On top of that, the service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive; you feel incredibly welcome as a guest!
Thank you so much for two wonderful dinners in a lovely, pleasant atmosphere!

05/04/2026: Delicious food; despite being fully booked over Easter, we didn't have to wait very long. The service and the owner were extremely attentive. The view is magnificent, and the interior is lovely and cozy.
29/03/2026: Today, four of us spontaneously decided to stop by without a reservation. The restaurant was very busy, and there was a small table for four downstairs. However, a lady called down from upstairs to say there was a spot available. It turned out to be a sunny table with a sensational view (thank you so much for that alone!).
The food was delicious and looked fantastic, the service was very friendly, we felt very welcome, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 👍
