24/06/2026: We had one of the most wonderful holidays at this hotel. My highest praise goes to this amazing team. Everyone helps each other, you can feel the great atmosphere and sense of community. The food was simply divine. A big shout-out to this fantastic, unique, and varied cuisine! The terrace and garden are beautifully designed. The two pools and the spa area are perfect for relaxing in the heat. And the view shows just how beautiful this region is. Buses depart directly from the main square, so you don't really need a car to get to Merano and Bolzano, or to go on various hikes. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
29/05/2026: We were very satisfied with our stay. The hosts were very friendly, the food and staff were excellent, and the view was fantastic. The new terrace with its awning made breakfast and dinner possible. We would gladly come back.

29/05/2026: I cycled from Saltaus via Prenn to Videgg on my e-bike. I enjoyed a delicious apple strudel with cream and recharged my e-bike battery. The service was very friendly. I'd happily come back here.

25/07/2026: Beautiful place. We hiked the E5 trail and stayed overnight. The food was good, and the rooms were simple but nice with a good view. The terrace offered a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains.

14/06/2026: A beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend it, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere and the other guests were very relaxed. The food was excellent, and the wines and cocktails were also very good. A small, elegant hotel that can easily compete with top hotels in South Tyrol like the Quellenhof or Andreus; in fact, we liked it even better. We will definitely be back.
14/06/2026: We had a fantastic, albeit short, time at the Solea. The hotel combines impeccable service with a beautiful ambiance. The spa area is perfect for relaxation, as are the pool and sunbathing lawn, and the food was of the highest standard. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality; we felt completely pampered and would love to return.

03/05/2026: We were there at the end of April with our three children and grandparents, and it was truly wonderful! A stunning mountain panorama and an extremely family-friendly hotel! The children had plenty of play options, a fantastic playground, and a pool! There's a children's buffet at dinner, which is perfect because the kids can eat when they're hungry and then go back to playing while the adults enjoy a delicious three-course meal! The gondola provides easy access to the valley, and there are perfect hiking trails right from the hotel! The activities program (e.g., yoga) was also great!
All in all, we highly recommend it for a relaxing and active weekend with the family!
15/04/2026: As unfriendly as the staff at the cable car were, we were all the more surprised by the truly excellent food. We actually didn't want to stay for lunch at all. Therefore, full marks! 👍

14/01/2026: A wonderful, family-run hotel for relaxation and enjoyment, with breathtaking views over Schenna and the Merano Valley. We stayed there with our family between Christmas and New Year's and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food, with its buffets and set menus, was excellent, and we would especially like to thank Silvia for her outstanding service. The hotel also boasts a lovely wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools. The latter is even open in winter and offers stunning views while swimming.

24/06/2026: I'm afraid I can't understand the positive reviews. The Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) I ordered were bland and tasteless. Furthermore, my food didn't arrive until my companion had almost finished eating. I would have liked to eat together, which unfortunately wasn't possible – especially frustrating since her food was served just minutes after we ordered.
The service also left a bad impression: we were treated rudely and, as younger guests, didn't feel very welcome. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
