18/03/2024: A place to linger with a great view and a rustic restaurant. The dumplings are really tasty and recommended. The Kaiserschmarrn is the best I've ever had.

12/01/2024: Great atmosphere and friendly service. Food very tasty, coleslaw perhaps needed a little more seasoning. A bit more expensive than other cabins in the area.

06/03/2024: First of all you have to know that the inside of the restaurant in combination with the terrasse is huge. As the restaurant cannot manage this amount with local staff they hire from eastern europe. They speak little german and seem all a bit sad. The food was still good though!

23/01/2024: Four of us were there on New Year's Eve for a multi-course meal with fireworks and it was fantastic! Great rooms, the best place in the place and the food was fantastically put together and absolutely worth the price. We felt VERY comfortable and will definitely come back again and again, even outside of New Year's Eve of course!

06/04/2024: We ate well here, Schlutzkrapfen, snack boards and pizza. Everything went quickly and the service had everything under control, even though the restaurant was full. The espresso was amazing.

04/04/2024: We had dinner at the St. Urban inn on 2 of the 4 days of our vacation, and it was fantastic! My friend even had to become a repeat offender and eat the onion roast both times. There's something for everyone on the menu, the pizza is truly phenomenal and comes fresh from the wood-fired oven, and the portions are generally very large!

05/02/2024: As always, after the hike with wonderful sunshine, it was time to stop at the Hiaslbauer and let yourself be pampered. Even music was very nice on Sunday. With a good drop of wine and beef soup on the sun terrace, followed by apples and a stamperle, what more could you want. Friendly service, quick and on point. BRAVO

05/01/2024: Bel posto caldo e accogliente con personale molto gentile. Menù ampio con pizze e piatti tirolesi e continentali. Porzioni abbondanti e molto buone, piatti come le pizze. Canederli in brodo, pollo alla griglia, due pizze del giorno, strudel di mele, gelato e tortino caldo al cioccolato. Prezzi giusti. Molto contenti, consigliamo!

OG, je nachdem von welcher Seite man das Haus betritt ;- ) Speisenauswahl mit regionalen Bezug - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mehr als angemessen - wir genossen nicht nur das Sylvesterabendessen, sondern alle Tage - ein Genuss für den Gaumen

22/03/2024: The location of the chalets is beautiful, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen equipment is very minimalist and the lack of a fully automatic coffee machine is a shame. Since the coffee option in the chalet (brewing coffee by hand in the old school way) wasn't enough for us, we brought our own coffee machine. As far as the breakfast service is concerned, compared to other chalet villages, we can't say it's an absolute "top". There's a lack of variety and you get a bit of a feeling that there's a lack of "love" here. The massage, which was carried out by a representative, was sensational.

04/04/2024: Cozy restaurant with an extremely large menu with something for everyone. Unfortunately, this is exactly the restaurant's weak point. Due to the immense selection of dishes, the quality suffers. For example: the fried potatoes we were served were very safe from the deep fryer. It's better to make the menu a little smaller and have better quality preparation!

02/04/2024: Beautiful place, it's a shame about the owner's welcome who after 14 years still doesn't greet his guests, it's a shame that the saunas are turned off, it's a shame that the lift doesn't work and you risk staying inside and that. In has adapted to the removal of architectural barriers. Too many problems in the room you can't sleep For the noise of the centralized vacuum cleaner. It's time to redo the facade considering what you spend. March 2024

04/04/2024: This was my second time at Weinmesser and I enjoyed every minute. From arrival to departure we felt very comfortable and welcome. The Kohlgruber family has created an oasis - hospitality, cuisine and wellness at the highest level. The whole team is very friendly, attentive and shows that they are happy to be there for their guests. The room had a breathtaking view, was clean, large. The food is wonderful, the wine accompaniment and advice are of course top. I also enjoyed learning and enjoying wine tasting in the wine shop again. And refill the wine cellar at home. The beauty treatments were wonderful and relaxing. I'm really looking forward to my next stay at Weinmesser. It feels a little like coming home - without having to do anything... just enjoy. It's a shame that I couldn't leave a tip for the great team when paying. Unfortunately, in this day and age without cash in your wallet, Italy is a bit inconvenient. So a tip: definitely bring cash :) The team deserves it! Thank you for this wonderful stay, also from grandma and the dog. We had a wonderful time with you!

06/01/2024: A fantastic holiday at this property, excellent room and beautiful view of Merano, perfect bed, very professional and kind staff always, fantastic wellness center with breathtaking views, excellent food, and everything very clean. It's worth going back because I was in heaven. Great congratulations to all the staff
