11/01/2026: A small, family-run trattoria where you immediately feel at home. The friendly and helpful lady will be able to recommend the best dishes from the menu. Everything is delicious and well-cooked. It's definitely a simple place that leaves a lasting impression, thanks to the hard work, dedication, and above all, attention to the customer. It will be my favorite place in Merano.
Highly recommended.

06/11/2025: A wonderfully rustic dining room with authentic food and great service. The food was absolutely fantastic. Spare ribs with coleslaw and a trio of dumplings: divine. Although the chestnut tiramisu didn't live up to its name and didn't really taste like the aforementioned nut, it still gets 5 out of 5 chestnuts!
31/10/2025: The food was delicious. The portions were good and large (I recommend sharing the spare ribs with someone ;)). The restaurant itself was also very cozy.

09/01/2026: I've only traveled to Europe for about 50 days in the last 30 years, but I've never thought that pizza in Italy or anywhere else in Europe was delicious. Finally, at this restaurant, I found a great pizza. It was seafood pizza. The crust was thin, well-baked, and crispy. There was no fishy smell to the crust. It was really good. The tomato sauce, which I'm not a big fan of, was well-mixed with the thinly sliced crab meat and tuna, and wasn't too sour, making it delicious. The seafood was also delicious, with no fishy smell at all.

05/12/2025: We dined at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and decided to have the four-course menu.
It was a truly unique experience. Everything was delicious. After the four courses, we were greeted by the chef, followed by pre-dessert and post-dessert.
The service was impeccable, and everything was beautiful because there was a divider between the tables specifically to ensure a bit of privacy. The location was beautiful.
The price was absolutely perfect for everything we ate and drank.
The food and the presentation of the dishes were simply incredible!!!
We will absolutely be back!!

The gnocchi with pulled pork were excellent, and the pork ribs and sausage were delicious.
Save room for the desserts because they were excellent.
We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Anyone who comes here is welcomed into the family ❤️ We already associate South Tyrol with warmth and the highest quality. And anyone who comes to the Kinigerhof gets it even better! In a word – FANTASTIC!
By the way, we were external guests, and that's how we're reviewing the farm tavern. We don't actually want to advertise, because we'd love to come back.
